Dodgy product, don’t buy from them

These are all over the world
Ortorex.be, Ortorex.nl, Ortorex.de, Ortorex.se etc.. etc..
But they are from Poland, named WEBOCADO PL Z O O, Pfff of course , scammers.
DO NOT BUY AS ALL THE YOU GET IS CRAP FROM CHINA!!!!

I thought this site was a "Swedish" online retailer site - but joke's on me, it source from CHINA! Not that there is any issue with buying things "directly" from CHINA but it's a joke when they say the shipping is 1-3 days and it turns out to be like 14 days now for something I have ordered - which I still have not received!!! And it's a joke that they even send you a survey after you made the purchase to ask about the entire experience and your shopping habits, how much you earn etc... like excuse me irrelevant and I still have not received my order! (And they promise upon completing the survey you get a 30% voucher - they send a 15% voucher... FUNNY.) I am now in doubt about the quality of the product I bought!!! Will never ever buy from them ever again.

Avoid this company!
I ordered from them only to receive a package from Aliexpress. Things that I now cannot use since I have no idea if they work in reality or not (one of the items being Kolmonoxiddetektor CO-alarmsensor).
So a complete waste of money.
The customer reviews on the site must be fabricated, I never received an invite to rate them.

Real crap from China. Dont buy!

This is a complete scam, steer clear! I received a product which was materially different than from the picture on the website. When I contacted "customer support" for help returning it I received no answer at all for several weeks. I have emailed three times and called two times. The police should shut them down!

"Swedish company" re-selling low quality chinese items from T3mu or Al13xpr3ss but 5 to 10 times more expensive under a Swedish company cover, DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Products apparently come from China which is very disappointing. They are lying about their products being Swedish, so if you care a lot about that, then do not order from here. They are very unclear with shipment tracking as well, which makes it really sketchy. Luckily I only ordered an UV protection parasol for 155 SEK, but I will certainly not be ordering from them again.

They didnt send product and they stop answering on email.

Bought a pillow with "great" reviews, thinking i'm ordering from a swedish website. Got notified that my product is shipping from China and two weeks later received a small cheap pillow which is a fake version of the pillow i thought I bought. 🤯

I really should have checked this site before ordering from them. I ordered some bras and delivery time was OK. However, I just managed to open and immediately saw that they are going to be too small for me so I didn't even try them on. Now they are denying me return for hygienic reasons, even though it is not written anywhere next to bras, would have understood for panties though. They are denying me return even though nothing was even tried on.

Oooo I wish I could give it a zero star rating. Very disappointed. Still waiting for my order. They send the package all the way from china and they say it is in Sweden.

The site leads you to believe it is in Sweden which it is not. The pictures of the leg pillow that I ordered had a label on it stating it was a Beautrip leg pillow. When it arrived from China it was a pillow with no brand at all on the pillow or the packaging. It was not the Beautrip pillow that I ordered. After I had already ordered it, I read reviews saying it is expensive and difficult to return products. I will just consider it a lesson learned. Check Trustpilot before buying from unfamiliar sites

Ortorex.se is an absolute scam! They trick you into thinking you're ordering from a Swedish warehouse, only to inform you after the fact that your item is coming from China. Their excuse? "Unfortunately, your order isn’t available in the warehouse." You’re then left waiting weeks for something you could’ve bought on Temu for a fraction of the cost. Save yourself the headache and avoid this site at all costs. Any basic Chinese website offers better service, better prices, and the same low-quality garbage they’re peddling. Ortorex.se is a disgraceful, deceptive operation that doesn’t deserve a single ore of your hard-earned money. Stay away!

This is an AliExpress product eShop. I don't mind buying AliExpress, if I know I am buying AliExpress. But I paid far too much for a fake product. My bad for not checking Trustpilot first.
The quality is poor, the delivery time is longer than expected, the packaging is just unacceptable.

Its a scam ... its take forever to get item deliverd . Waiting for month now.

i came here to add a review to aware others from same mistake but i observed it already has been written by so many very bad that i didnt check here before trying , ordered my pillow for more than 10 days no sign of the delivery time, also im pretty sure no chance of sending back since its very complicated and product has sent from china ( big lie on the advertisement that they have it in stock ) dont recommend it at all.

This is a garbage webshop with fake reviews. Tried to write my own 1star review of the absolute garbage shoes I bought but it didn’t let me. I got the sandals but won’t be able to wear them as they aren’t made for feet.

Avoid! Very long time to get your order.
