They now will not answer phone number listed. I spoke with a live person the other day and emailed all the info he asked for and still no resolution. They now offered $53 dollars or send it back to Dubai!!! The label on my package is Jamaica NY!!!!

I like the fabric, it’s very smooth and beautiful colors. The material is fast drying after wash. It has big pockets and elastic waist band. ❤️

The company offered $7 as a return on a $50 dress. Said no, then they offered $18 and keep the dress. The fabric is terrible, uncomfortable, and hot. Do not buy from this company. They are not US based.

I will never order a single item from Orwya again. I bought three items as they seemed really quality and stylish on the website. When I received them, I found them cheap-looking and fit oddly. They were still in their original packaging, so I thought I could return them. Not so. You can ONLY return them if there is a defect not if you don't like them when they arrive or if the size is wrong. Buyer beware! Unless you know precisely what you want and plan to keep the item, don't aggravate yourself by trying to return anything. I went back and forth with their customer service people and they wore me out. I finally agreed to get ⅓ of the price and that I'd keep the items which are of no use to me since I'll never wear them.

Delivery time was longer than other orders. But all arrived as ordered.

I paid $94 for a top and pants. They didn’t work out. They will give me $40 and I can’t return because they ship from Dubai. Horrible customer service.

HORRIBLE customer service! The pants came and I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality. The company is giving me the runaround and saying they cannot send a return label. I will never order for this company again!

They are fun and fit well. the white pants might be a bit thicker, they're a tad more revealing of not only form but also details of my body better suggested than shared.
