While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

  1. Applicant Tracking System

Written by the company

Hiring at a growing company usually breaks at the interview. Roles pile up, feedback scatters across inboxes, and the decision goes to whoever sounded most confident in the debrief. Oryx fixes that. Oryx is an applicant tracking system built around the interview itself, not just the pipeline. You get the basics, job postings, a candidate database, and stage tracking, plus what most ATS tools skip: structured interview guides and scorecards that get every interviewer evaluating the same things, the same way. What you get: Interview guides, so interviewers know what to ask Scorecards that turn gut feel into comparable evaluations A clean candidate experience that protects your brand Shared visibility, so recruiters and hiring managers stay aligned Setup in minutes, no onboarding project Built for growing teams of 11 to 500 who've outgrown spreadsheets but don't want enterprise cost or complexity. Before Oryx

Before Oryx, our hiring process was slow, quite approximate, and honestly didn't give candidates the best image of us.

We've now used it for 2 hires, and the biggest difference for me has been the automation. It has helped bring more structure to the process and made things easier to manage without adding complexity.

It takes a bit of time to get used to at the beginning, and there is a learning curve. But once you're familiar with it, it becomes the best and easiest part of the hiring process.
