Terrible. Don’t expect a refund for anything. No customer service just run arounds and lies. Throw your money in the trash can, it would be easier.

After more than a month, I am still waiting for my refund for a defective hand-held vacuum. The company’s latest delay tactic is a saying its refund system is down. I think this company is not an ethical one. It has no intention of returning my money but keeping it. Stay away from this company.

This company isn’t legitimate, I brought a wildlife camera that was incomplete, the person you emailed me back clearly wasn’t interested and did everything to wiggle out of sending me the missing picture part and when you then want to return the item you get radio silence. I’m surprised they are even allowed to trade in the UK.

This company is a complete scam. False advertisement. They said the handheld vacuum was rated A+ by consumer report. When I called, Consumer Report had never tested the product. This vacuum's battery dies after 5-10 minutes. I asked for a refund and they told me the manual says the battery only lasts for 10-15 minutes. How would I have ever seen the manual before I bought it? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money, give you a crap product and refuse to allow you to return the item.

I never received the shaver I ordered and absolutely no communication or response. Looks like a fake ad and a scam. They charged me #69.99 for the shaver.

Right out of box weak vacuum. Barely picks up.

Shipment missing parts, requested replacement parts, no response from customer service, requested a refund no response from customer service continued. RECOMMENDED DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES FROM COMPANY

Cheap product. Would not let me return. Product not as described. Would never order from this company again!

Ordered an electric razor, received it tried it and did not like it. Notified the company and they sent me an email with instructions on how to return the item for a refund. I followed the instructions and sent the razor back with a tracking number on 12/3/25, they received the package on 12/8/25 but still no refund. Sent several emails and received several back but still no refund, someone has to do something about this company

Bought a cordless hoover from them in july, 3 months later the flexible hose split, complained to them and they told me it was my fault for misusing the hoover and would not fix it

This has been going on since 10th August to get refund on vacuum despite my 25 emails and there replies if SORRY, WE WILL INVESTIGATE, YES REFUND WILL BE ISSUED SO FAR 20TH NOVEMBER Nothing . Eventually October 20th my customer support called Ricah, said sorry, we fully understand,
Etc, etc, yes refund will be issued, guess what 20th November YES STILL NO REFUND, bunch of crooks

Not happy with product, a vacuum. Emailed numerous times with no response. Wasted £179.99, DO NOT GO NEAR THEM! A scam!!

I would strongly advise against using this company. They did not deliver all my ordered goods, took my money, and over 2 months later I still have not had a refund. No emails are responded to, there is no way to contact by phone. The goods they did deliver were not as advertised and are sub standard. Overall, I am £400 down with £200 worth of refund unprocessed and left with £200 of useless goods.

No good at all. Initially order and delivery was ok. Seriously gone down hill since. My hoover had a piece break off on the third use. I sent pictures straight away and emailed at least 10 times now in just 2 weeks. No response except we are looking into it. Then sent me an email saying charge the hoover to full power and let us know if the problem persists! The problem isn’t a charging issue! Don’t buy this hoover if you value quality.

ordered the robotic vacuum. unit is horrible. customer service is worse. absolutely no response.

Ordered a cordless vacumm cleaner, arrived ok. Not very poweful , big and heavy. Requested a return, numerious emails all with the , High volume response from Zendesk. Oryzon uk was disolved in 2023, so I emailed Oryzom de, same response. As I payed with PayPal I am hoping they will be able to help.

ordered D10 pro vaccum cleaner. was sent Vyzzle D10. cant register the guarantee. no response for my e-mail requesting explanation.
On searching Amazon Vyzzle is being sold for half of the price I paid,
It looks like the company is following fraudulent practice

Not entirely sure if this is legitimate. No customer service; no ability to return an item; Spanish telephone number with physical address potentially Hong Kong. D10 arrived but cannot register for guarantee as order no not recognised and it’s branded as a Vyzzle not Oryzom. Yet to see if item works but as there is no return option, I’m probably stuck with seeing what happens. Buyers beware.

Ordered a cordless vacuum on 15 July, it was delivered 2 days later but the charger doesn't work. Have emailed them twice now and awaiting response but from these reviews it seems unlikely I will get any. Thankfully I paid by credit card so it looks like I will have to pursue a refund.
