I never received this chair
I never received this chair. When I ordered I was told it would come on a Saturday. I work long hospital hours and am not available mon-fri. AFTER taking my money I waited several weeks then received on a Sunday an email that I need to confirm my delivery for Tuesday. I said no, digitally. I called and asked to set up an appointment and they would not. They said they would take my Saturday request "into consideration". I have no idea what that means. After going back and forth I got another text, on a Monday, that the chair would arrive on a Tuesday. Again, no agreement with me. They said this is how they do it. They only know their schedule the week of and you get what you get. I asked, "how do people with jobs do that? Thats unreasonable." I cancelled the order. They kept 400 for shipping and approx 350 for the "white glove delivery". 750.00 gone. I order from Relax.co....exactly the opposite customer service. The chair may or may not be great. However, this was my experience.
