Second experience using this company. Eddie and his team are very organised though arrived late, they gave me extra time with my move and even battled through when the building lift stopped working. However when I noticed a high value furniture item was damaged, this wasn’t taken seriously as they expect customers to notify defects immediately even after a busy home move. With insurance in place which isn’t limited to a week of notification, this could have been easily resolved. Osas please get insurance if you’re a legitimate business and stop thinking customers are lying.
