From the beginning, Adrienne was extremely helpful in helping us select the best possible experience and was great at asking us the right questions to help us figure out what we wanted.

Once we received our initial itinerary we were able to make some adjustments. She was great at answering questions on what to pack, when we should book our airline, and other details.

The coordination with transportation to and from the various locations in Belize was flawless, and she communicated with us several times during our trip when events had to be cancelled due to inclement weather and helped to coordinate alternate events for us.

The accommodations selected were absolutely amazing! No complaints at all - the venues were beautiful and we were made to feel welcome everywhere we stayed.

We once again cannot overstate how communicative Adrienne was. Including her response time in the US and while we were on our trip. Always putting our mind at ease and giving us confidence that all the details were taken care of. Allowing us to relax and enjoy our trip.

We will 100% use ROAM Wild Travel again the next time we travel to Central America!

ROAM, and specifically Adrienne were outstanding and made our dream honeymoon come true. From the very beginning they were there for us and took the time to create the perfect honeymoon. They spent well over an hour getting to know us and our expectations for the perfect honeymoon before sending 4-5 itineraries to choose from. When it came time for our trip, they sent us a more descriptive itinerary with specific times on when we would be getting picked up and dropped off to our resort/excursions. Throughout the entirety of the trip, everything was accurate and on time. When we had any questions or concerns during the trip, Adrienne was SUPER quick to respond and answer us. At no point did we ever feel stressed or worried during our honeymoon. ROAM exceeded our expectations and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We are forever grateful for ROAM as they created memories that will last us a lifetime. If you are considering travelling to South America, and are looking for a travel agency ... BOOK ROAM. You will not regret it.

Where do I even start!!! This was the best trip I have ever experienced. It literally blew my mind. I could not have asked for a better honeymoon. Adrienne was amazing and answered so quickly she even helped us get our GoPro back after we left it behind she absolutely blew us out of the water by will recommend her to anybody and everybody, the itinerary was so detailed you can tell she has a lot of experience. I was so nervous at first because I have never taken a trip like this before but she made this process so smooth and every place we stayed at was so magical we will never forget this experience ever.

Working with Roam Wild Travel to plan our honeymoon was a great experience. Communication was awesome by email, phone calls, and text messages. Adrienne is very knowledgeable and organized our trip to suit our style. The trip went smoothly and all our transportation was prompt and reliable. We got to experience our dream honeymoon in Costa Rica!! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Everything was organized and the whole experience was flawless. The accommodations were gorgeous and the experiences we did were a blast! Adrianne was absolutely AMAZING to work with. My husband and I were planning a destination wedding in Costa Rica and the honeymoon just kept getting pushed to the side. We reached out to Adrianne with basically no knowledge of Costa Rica and got set up with an amazing trip. This was our first experience booking with a travel agent, and I must say it was such a relief to not have to worry about anything. They handled booking of EVERYTHING. We had transportation lined up for every excursion planned and never once felt lost in the shuffle. Our two stays were 3-4 hours away, and all we had to do was sit back and relax. It was an incredible experience and the resorts were amazing. Adrianne responded SO quickly for anything we needed, which was really only one thing! Everything was taken care of professionally and accurately. If this is your first time visiting Costa Rica, we highly recommend ROAM! 10/10!

ROAM was a great choice for booking our honeymoon! I had never used a travel agency before, and I was skeptical when I first reached out. We weren’t planning on using one, but we saw their name pop up as we were researching Central American honeymoon ideas. We reached out to them just to get some preliminary info, and they seemed super helpful and flexible. We then had a planning call where we talked about what we were looking for and what sorts of things we wanted, and they came back with a couple different itineraries. Once we picked the one for us, we fine tuned it a little to best suit what we wanted, then we never had to think about it again! They sent a really helpful travel guide for our destination in advance of our trip. Additionally, they were very responsive throughout the trip whenever we had a question. We would definitely use them again, and we would highly recommend them!

I loved our trip scheduled with ROAM all of the activities and resorts were stunning. With vehicle transfers included it was truly a worry free vacation.

We worked with Adrinne who was so WONDERFUL. We are never using another travel agency.
We spent time discussing our "dream" honeymoon and she made everything we requested happen and stayed within our budget.
Our 10 day vacation was the best ive ever been on and any questions we had while away, Adrinne was right there to answer us. Never took her more than 3 minutes to repsond.

Roam provided us an incredible one of a kind adventure for my husband and I's honeymoon. We truly were able to experience Costa Rica as a whole by exploring different parts of the country. We zip lined in the jungles, white water rafted down a class 4 river, rode ATV's to hidden waterfalls, watched monkeys play in the trees, and so on. It was an unforgettable experience. We did probably over estimate our adventurous nature, the long shuttle rides and early mornings were difficult for us to remain excited and lively for the adventures. If we could have changed anything it was just going over our itinerary more thoroughly before we left to notice the 3-6 hour shuttle rides that were required to get from location to location. That being said though we were so thankful and blessed to have had this experience, it was a beautiful way to step into our new chapter of life.

Great accommodations, activities, transportation between places.

I used ROAM to book my Honeymoon to Costa Rica. Adrienne and her team were great in accommodations and response time throughout the booking process. We were provided an itinerary about two weeks before our travel. All of our transportation was very punctual to all of our excursions (also very safe) and we did not run into any issues during our trip. We loved our hotels and all the excursions Adrienne recommended, our Honeymoon was perfect. Thank you, ROAM.

Couldn’t have planned a better honeymoon myself! The hotels are luxurious, the food amazing. Everything was planned to the T. No worries about transport. Adrienne was available all the time via text and answered any questions I had. Will definitely book again with this travel agency

We loved Antigua (would have liked more time there) and Lake Atitlan. Flores was also nice but a little too hot for us. The accommodations were all fabulous especially El Convento and Casa Polopo (the chef at Casa Polopo was amazing IMO) We were disappointed that horrible traffic prevented us from being able to attend the Chichi market as it took 6 hrs to drive from Antigua to Lake Atitlan. We also felt that travel days to and from Flores were wasted days…in fact on our return to Guatemala City we rearranged and took the boat to Flores added a hike (sky walk), had lunch in Flores and still made it to airport with extra time. On our flight from Guatemala City to Flores….we arrived so early (based on schedule) that TAG wouldn’t allow us to check in and food options are not great at airport. With all this said, we really enjoyed our trip and it was nice to have someone do the planning for us. The people of Guatemala are truly beautiful inside and out and we never felt stressed despite the long drive.

Our trip to Belize was wonderful. Everything was planned and executed without any problems. Airport pick-ups were waiting for us, excursions were arranged and transportation provided as discussed. The resorts were above our expectations.
Our only minor issue was with MayaWalks who did 2 of our excursions. The first day they arrived late and the second day there were tour grouping issues. Not sure I would use this company again.
I enjoyed working with Adrienne Spragg. She was patient with my indecisions and listened to our wants and needs. Our family enjoyed our holidays in Belize and would definitely use Roam Wild Travel again.

I had the most incredible trip to Costa Rica! Adrienne provided my finance and I with the perfect itinerary, ideal for a secret proposal. I was able to pull it off without a hitch, all thanks to her! Although exciting, proposing abroad is pretty stressful, and Adrienne made it all as seamless as possible. We are tremendously grateful!

From planning to execution ROAM Wild Travel exceeded expectations. We had some time restrictions and other constraints. Yet Adrienne and her team were were able to prepare several excellent itineraries all based on a phone call. The Blancaneaux Lodge was exactly what we were looking for--the grounds were lovely, our 2 bedroom villa was perfect, and the staff was exceptional. There was a balance of interesting activities and rest. Highlights included the picnic and swimming at Big Rock, climbing the temple at Caracol, tubing and the most perfect meal at the organic garden. The massages were just what we had hoped for with an actual Thai masseur. Adrienne, responded promptly to our few questions. I appreciated the packing list provided which was right on point. As a result I had everything I needed. Thank you Adrienne and everyone at ROAM, for giving my friend and me the re-set and break we so needed.
