I purchased a set of Monroe struts from…
I purchased a set of Monroe struts from them with a Monroe warranty. They went bad and I am trying to get the warranty handled. Oscaro said I did not have the correct order number with a "A" prefix. I supplied the complete string of emails from the purchase to the shipping. The order number doe not have the "A" so they are saying they have no record of the purchase. What a scam! I will try to contact Monroe for assistance.

I’ve placed a order on the 12/09 it was spouse to be delivered 22-24/09 it’s the 22nd today the parcels is not even send so I’ve contacted customer service to ask why’s happening because I have my itv on the 25th I want to know if I’ll get the parts in time… at the live chat I was able to talk with some extremely unhelpful guy that answered non of my questions and absolutely ignored everything I had to say only thing he wanted to know if I want a “reship” or refund, but didn’t want to tell me when I would get the “reship” and then he said the conversation will be send to your email and just left the chat 🤦♂️🤣 seriously what scam is this! THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I ORDERED ANYTHING FROM OSCARO!!! Worst shopping experience in a very long time and worst customer service EVER!
