Mixed Experience – Great Customer Service, Difficult Returns from Sweden
On the positive side, their customer service is fast and efficient. They respond to emails quickly and are helpful when answering questions.
However, I would not recommend buying from this website if you live in Sweden. The return process is extremely inconvenient and expensive. It’s the first time I haven’t been able to easily return something I purchased online.
They do not provide a return label or return code, and the shipping costs must be fully covered by the customer. In addition, they only allow returns through two specific shipping companies. Since the company is based in Denmark, the shipping prices from Sweden are ridiculously expensive.
Overall, while the customer service is good, the return policy makes it very difficult and costly for Swedish customers.

I won't repeat the experience again
I won't repeat the experience again, even though I am a customer and always buy and shop from this company, but recently I haven't had any success with this company. Now I have not and will not recommend any barbershop I know to buy from them. First, I bought one of the machines after it was shipped, and it turned out to be the wrong machine for me. I have the right to return it within 14 days, but I was surprised to find that I have to pay 400 kroner in shipping fees. As for the second machine I bought, it was very bad. I am very sad.

Return options
The products delivered with good condition/ quite fast and no problem.
However, you cannot make a return of your purchases. They do not offer a return option, and if you are to send your parcel back to Denmark, it will cost more than 400 SEK to post a package, which is rediculous.
Unfortunately due to this return policy I cannot give them a higher rate, otherwise they would be a 5 star shop.
