The dress that I ordered was a joke! It was a Boho dress that was suppose to be made of cotton with palm tree design. I received a dress made of polyester, nothing like the dress in pictures on website...such a joke! Also ordered a ankle chain with half the jewels missing!! China will take your hard earned money!

Sham from China! Do not order from this company, as they are using images from other sites and trying to makes similar clothes with cheap and horrible fabric. And to top it off, they don't tell you anywhere that it is coming from China, but if you wish to return an item, you have to pay shipping costs back, which is more expensive than the clothes! So ridiculous and extremely frustrating!

This is a terrible company , purchased 4 items . None of which look anything like the website images that you expect you are buying.
3 of the items were faulty , things sewn on wonky , or just totally missing on the items . Terrible fabric - ordered a dress that is like garbage bad plastic , from the image and discription I assumed some sort of wearable fabric.

I emailed the company to let them know, they said I can ship back at my own cost and they will refund me $20 . When I payed $190 for the items . The ship back cost would be $45 . So basically I would have spend $215 . To have nothing in my hands at the end of the day .

I don't understand how such a company can trade , and catch people out like this.

Long shipping time, poor return policy, clothes are misrepresented in shop. I will NEVER buy anything from them again!

This so called company should be ashamed of themselves. The photographs have been ripped off other sites. The actual product is a very very poor look alike. None of my items remotely resembled the picture.
I will be reporting them.

I ORDERED OVER £70 WORTH OF GOODS. NOT DELIVERED AND REFUSED A REFUND EVEN THOUGH THEY CAN SEE CLEARLY FROM THE TRACKING NUMBER THAT THE ITEMS HAVE NOT LEFT CHINA.

The worst. Such a waste of money. The dress I ordered looked nothing like the photo and was super cheap material. Their return policy is that you have to pay for shipping it back to China which is expensive, so they offered me $5 back and to keep the hideous dress, so in the end $25 absolutely wasted.

After few emails requesting where to return it, ecause I wanted to make sure LA adress was correct,
I was directed over and over to a (return/exchange) link which
DOES NOT give you a return adress but only customer service email
and finally, I was given a return adress......

IT IS IN CHINA...........
can you believe it......?

So please, do order anything from them
unless you want to ship tomreturn to CHINA ......

The dress I got didn't look like the picture. 🤔 I already ordered my other one before I got my first one. I hope it looks better then the first one. I wouldn't order from them anymore.

Shipping was long not 7 days. I bought a $40 afghan , it was embarrassing on my vacation every time I move I heard the fabric pull apart, the entire underarm was pulled apart and the back split open. Not nice...you people are ripping people off... Do not buy .

My credit card company refunded my money after I put the charge for a dress into dispute. The dress looked nothing like the picture. I did try to reach customer service but to no avail. Do not buy from this company.

If I can rate this a zero I would this has to be the worst customer service and the worst experience I've come across I've waited over two weeks for my order no tracking information no response from the emails I sent. horrible business I will be contacting the bank for a refund and if I can make this into something bigger I will.

I ordered 4 dresses on 21/04/19, despite being told that I would receive them in 2-7 days they haven't arrived. I have sent several emails and the only response was to be patient and given a tracking number that doesn't exist. I have also tried to make contact by phone, it always goes to voicemail. Yet again I left a message and got no response.

Purchased 2 maxi dresses for a shoot & came in just in time before our planned trip to Vegas. I would buy again from Oshoplive. Once consideration, ordering a size smaller like XS vs S for better fit.

This company is a scam!!! The fabric is so cheap and when I asked for a return no one ever got in touch with me!

Why it won't allow a below the stars rating is frustrating bc this so called company is not legit in the least. They have a "seamstress" if you want to call her that, she attempts to copy these designs with child like precision & the cheapest of textiles & fabrics. They should not & hopefully will not be legally able to continue operating & fraudulently selling fake fashions & stealing Americans hard earned dollars. I work for an attorney & we are in the beginning stages of an investigation & lawsuit against this establishment & will most certainly get to the bottom of this atrocious & fraudulent scam. They should know that the public isn't going to stand for this any longer & that their days operating are very numbered. We are coming for you Oshoplive & I'm going to personally see that you reimburse every customer you ripped off, pay a fortune in restitution & never running another "company" ever again.

I received my order the clothes were 100% cotton which I really like. The clothes are true to size and the free fit is a little more generous. Just make sure the apartment number and unit number is clearly listed so there are no mix ups at the post office.

I waited 23 days for my order. The status on my account still showed as "unfulfilled" although I emailed customer service and was told it was ready to ship. I sent a second email to customer service after several days since I had not received a ship notice and they informed me that one of the dresses was still not ready and, unfortunately, would not be shipped to me before my 4/27 event. The order was canceled and I received a refund immediately. I do not know anything about the quality of their products but the customer service was excellent. If you are interested in ordering from them be aware that it may take at least 6 weeks for your order to be fulfilled.
