Ordering was relatively simple - Delivery quicker than expected
Ordering was relatively simple (although it did throw up a minor glitch in the system, which was sort of resolved by Dan at the OS Shop over the phone, and it appears to have worked in my favour) and the time from order to delivery was better than advised.
I ordered an unframed flat custom map with a single route marked on it as a present. The recipient was delighted with the map.

Delivered edition does not match website
Cannot fault delivery as it was delivered swiftly. Although this is a very detailed walking book, the website images do not match the edition delivered. Particularly frustrating as one of the walks that is not in the delivered edition is the one I intend to walk on my next visit to the Lakes.
Reporting was frustrating, tried the chat bot, like most, very frustrating, not the most helpful or intuitive. It told me to used the online form, which I did, but I could not attach any images and the auto response said it would take too long for my time scale.
I went back to the bot, who told me to reply to the auto response and attach images to it. To which I got another auto response telling me that it was not monitored. 😤
To OS credit, they did respond within a couple of days and acknowledged the images, told me they would get their webshop team to update the product page and offered to send me a new 'Pathfinder' guide of my choice. A nice offer, but as I only bought it for a specific walk, not that helpful.
