Caveat Emptor
I have never written a review on a website after years of ordering online, my experience with Osme has prompted me to write my own review.
I was hoping to order from this website and it seemed good at first so I subscribed to their email list and received an email in my inbox.
I clicked on “Confirm Subscription” and was sent to a website called Tori Murphy except that it wasn’t the real version, very strange.
Re-examining my email link, the From and Sender addresses didn’t match and the sender “Tran” from Hanoi probably doesn’t have your best interests in mind and his gmail link may not be beneficial for your computer.
I’ve never had a phishing/spam email from a website subscription before, does Osme care?
The final nail came when my emails were ignored so I called the store in Miami to let them know there’s a problem with their website and was rudely dismissed and then hung up on by an employee.
They deserve 0 stars with absolute garbage customer service, I will never give them my business.
