If only all companies could be like Osmo….
Not sure if this is the right place for this review but Osmo are the best wood care products by a country mile. We are total converts and have now used the door oil, top oil, uv protector and satin oil and filler. We are lucky enough to live near the Aylesbury depot. I have popped there twice and have had the pleasure of having expert advice from Craig. He is very professional, extremely knowledgable, patient and clearly cares that customers buy the right products for the project. He has helped me make two purchases of the right osmo over the past year. I won’t hesitate giving them a call or popping by to seek Craig’s expert advice again. You get what you pay for. It’s amazing stuff but the technicalities can be confusing for the regular consumer. I definately recommend seeking their advice if you are unsure before buying. You won’t be disappointed. This company care about their customers. Outstanding wood care.

Not Perfect at First, but Excellent Service Made It Right
Initially, I had a pretty negative experience with this exterior paint and only gave it one star. However, the brand reached out to me, offered fantastic support, and even provided a discount code. Their customer care really made a huge difference for me, and I ended up with a great paint that made my backyard look fantastic and should be really durable. So, I'd like to revise my review and essentially put a strikethrough over my old comment, and above it explain that my initial experience was poor, but thanks to their valuable support, I’m now very happy with the result.

The actual coverage is significantly less than advertised on the website—closer to 5 square meters per liter. Given this limited coverage, the product ends up being one of the most expensive options available.

The paint is great, we used it to stain hardwood shelves and got it for more projects around the house to match all our wooden interior. Good oil quality, dries smoothly. Quick delivery and great customer service.
