my affiliate manager is super responsive and actually helps optimize campaigns instead of just sending generic tips. they helped me set up geo targeting for LATAM traffic and conversions improved almost immediately
the no negative carryover policy is what sold me. had a rough month with one big winner eating my rev share and next month started fresh at zero. most programs would carry that negative balance forward. huge difference
overall a very professional operation. the team is based in Poland i think and they're always available during EU hours. would be nice to have 24/7 support for us affiliates in different time zones but its not a dealbreaker
Decent affiliate program. Tracking and reporting are solid. I'd like to see more creative assets and landing pages available though - had to build most of my own promotional materials. The ones they provide are pretty basic.
