On Wednesday I bought a number of items from the Osprey website, on Thursday I got an email saying I could get a new customer 10% discount on my 1st purchase...so at 3.18pm I sent an email asking if that discount could be used retrospectively. At 3.22 I recieved notification that my card had been credited with the discount. Thank you Stephanie for an outstanding piece of work. Osprey living up to their awesome reputation, thank you.

Smooth and friendly return process
I had an excellent experience with Osprey’s customer service. I needed to return a backpack a bit later than the allowed period, and they were incredibly kind and flexible about it. Communication was fast, helpful and very friendly.

Again Osprey, and this time especially Sara and Nay, has stepped above what would be considered a normal customer service! It’s only the second time I had to get in touch with their customer service in about 15 years of using Osprey products and each time the response time, how the reacted and how they solved my problem was absolutely perfect. If Nay and Sara deserve “a number from 1-10” both of them would get a 12 from me. Thanks a lot for your great and quick help!

Contacted the company to say that I hadn’t received the discount code for my first order in time to apply it. Sara came straight back and refunded me with the money I would have saved. Great service and really easy to deal with.

I contacted Osprey about the possibility of getting a hip belt extender. They were amazing! Thanks to Shannon and the team I delt with. They communicated over several emails, took time to make sure my measurements were correct and then posted the item they had custom made - and all free of charge! At every stage they couldn't have been more pleasurable to deal with or happier to help. Having such a solid customer service team behind them has really solidified my faith in the Osprey brand.
