Placed order with Otecohair; delivery was promised withing 2 days. One week after placing the order, I emailed them asking if there was a problem, as I had still not received a shipment notice. A few days later, I received an email from them (not sure whether or not it was a response to my question) stating they had cancelled the order on my request. I replied I didn't request a cancellation, but did not receive any reaction up to today. I gave a 2 star and not a 1 star review because the payment was correctly refunded... However, they wasted three weeks of my time...

I ordered two Products from this company. They promise on their website to send it in 2 workdays. It's been almost a month and I didn't get my products. I Wrote bunch emails to client service, also called but no reaction. No product no, no reaction, no money. Only when I mentioned going to police they answered that they didn't have product in stock and they will send it soon. However, they send only one from the two items. Other one was paid back. Again no communication about that. Overall very bad service. never buying from them again.
