Bought a phone case from this company and wanted to return. Zero replies from customer service and no other way to make a return. Fraudulent return policy - don’t buy here. And the case itself was a piece of junk made and sent from china
Bought a cover for iPhone and it cracked the first time I had to take it off. Otofly is not responding.
Sent the wrong item that was also defective then stopped communicating.
Do not trust this company.
The case is extremely comfortable & protective. It was the only actual silicone case I could find for my phone & I definitely don't regret anything. The support is literally top notch they answer within a couple minutes and are very helpful. Can highly recommend it!
1 star is to much! Very poor quality, extreme bad assistance!
I accidentally ordered the same color of phone case twice, and ended up with two identical pink ones. Returns are super-easy -- All you have to do is request online, they give you a link to print a return slip with a QR code, and all you have to do is take it to a UPS store -- You don't even have to label or box it, just drop it off.
(By the way, the case itself is awesome, and comes in a lot of other great colors too .. I have three now.)
I love the cases they feel premium and good quality. Would recommend!
It’s a great product - but even greater is the fact that when I ordered the wrong case for my iPhone, otofly simply sent me the correct one, free of charge. I didn’t even need to go thru the hassle of returning the other one!
