OTSneakerz Reviews

Bought from him multiple times, always very well priced, 100% authentic and quick delivery

Delivery times good but poor responses on email

Great customer service and great quality

Took a while to arrive

Amazing quality product
Very fast shipping
Very pleased

Good service 👍

So unprofessional no order updates with next to no communication or organisation was so disappointed as I stated on my multiple messages that it was a birthday gift. Wasn’t until I put in for a refund that I got a response stating a part of my order was out of stock, it took 2 weeks for this information. I never complain or do a bad review but I’d like to save someone else being disappointed.

Well worth the money and very fast shipping would definitely recommend

The fact that you had the shoes in stock my son was delighted

Paid for some trainers and never received them. Zero contact from the seller after trying to contact multiple times after being active and posting new trainers on his instagram story most days. Would not recommend

Top notice service and trainers

Quick, efficient

I ordered a pair of trainers for my dad for Christmas, they come within a week & also responded to messages quickly

Fast delivery, great price

Great service, shoes delivered within 2 days

Great service and fast communication. The shoes were exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition. Would definitely buy again!

The entire process was smooth from start to finish. My order shipped really fast, and the trainers arrived exactly as described. Customer service was also fab - very friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and will definitely be returning for future orders. Highly recommended!

Ordered a pair of asics and came within a few days! Very fast delivery and super efficient. Thankyou mate.

First time using OTSneakerz and can honestly say the best to go to for all your trainers, Tom was extremely quick at responding to queries and very helpful with my order. Delivered really quick and exactly as described, I will definitely be back for more pairs!

Absolutely top-class service from start to finish. The seller was quick to respond, really helpful with sizing advice, and clearly knows their stuff. The trainers arrived exactly as described — brand new, perfect condition, and packaged properly. Delivery was fast and tracked, which was a big bonus.

Overall, a smooth, reliable experience. Would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend to anyone looking for quality trainers and trustworthy service.
