Peace of mind for first-time buyers
Working with Eric was great, he was attentive, thorough, knowledgeable, and his expertise helped my husband and I (first-time home buyers) make a much more informed decision about the house we were interested in. We ended up walking away from a house that had looked great on the surface after his time, care, and attention helped to identify several issues with the house that would have greatly increased the cost of repairs in the near future. We look forward to working with him again in the future for the next house we find!

House Inspection

Surpassed exspectations , very professional would reccomend.
Eric was very informative and even though my first use I did not get the intended results I wanted it proved to me that home inspections were an immediate must and I was saved tens of thousands on what could have been a nightmare. I used his services on the second home I had found and had a more favorable result. Of course it wasn't issue free but he went into detail on what could be done to remedy the issues.
