Thank you for a fantastic service

I recently visited Bergamo from the UK for a short holiday. I called by chance to Ottica Sicoli, I received the most amazing service, the team spent such a long time allowing me to try so many glasses. They were all very kind and patient, they were very friendly, and professional. I had an eye test (long overdue) and bought some fabulous new glasses, they were ready for me in a few days. I have needed prescription glasses for 20 years and find choosing new ones an ordeal, not in this case, I really enjoyed the experience and advise. The team were so lovely, we chatted had a coffee and they gave us lots of travel tips to enjoy our first visit to Bergamo, Fantastic team, fantastic service and fantastic new glasses. The only problem is....they are to far away for my next ones!!
