Absolutely amazing- sitting on the rooftop terrace under the sun and blue sky. Service was excellent, food and drinks were second to none - really need to pay a visit 5 star +

I reserved a month in advance and clearly told the staff it was my mother’s birthday. Despite that notice, there was zero acknowledgment—no effort, no greeting, nothing to make the evening feel special.
Worse, the way they charge guests feels deceptive. They offered us water “to start” and only later did I realize they billed 50 MAD for a single bottle—without ever mentioning the price. Then, at the end, they told me it’s cash only. Why wasn’t this disclosed earlier, especially when I had given them 30 days’ notice? Instead, I was sent to the ATM downstairs, which runs at a terrible conversion rate (about 1 USD = 0.40 MAD). That setup feels like a complete scam.
As a blogger with 5–7 million views across my platforms, I will be making sure others know about this so they can avoid the same disappointment. Otto is not trustworthy, not transparent, and definitely not the place to spend your time or celebrate your loved ones.
