Acquisto un paio di scarpe e dopo 10 giorni non ho ricevuto alcuna mail con indicazioni in merito ai tempi di consegna.
Contatto il servizio clienti che non ha fatto altro che inventare scuse e non mi ha risolto il problema invitandomi a pazientare.

Esperienza vergognosa. Ordino una camicia pagando con Scalapay: prima rata di 23,90 € subito addebitata. Faccio il reso a mie spese (9,86 €!) e, nonostante il pacco sia stato ricevuto, il rimborso è un’odissea.
La sorpresa finale? Non mi rimborsano nemmeno i 23,90 € della prima rata: mi restituiscono solo 15,50 €, trattenendo 7,09 € come “spese di rateizzazione”. Assurdo. Nessuna chiarezza, nessuna trasparenza, zero rispetto per il cliente.
Un marchio che si atteggia a premium ma tratta il cliente con una superficialità inaccettabile.

Ho effettuato un ordine il 28 novembre. Ad oggi 31 dicembre non è citato evaso inq uanto non hanno la merce disponibile in magazzino anche se al momento dell'ordine questo non era specificato.
La politica di acquisto non consente di rinunciare alla ricezione della merce e la restituzione dell'importo speso.
Dopo varie mail ho ricevuto solo risposte interlocutorie che non forniscono alcuna garanzia sui tempi di consegna e non mi è stato proposto un cambio articoli o un rimborso. Ditta poco seria.
