Order never received and company does not respond

My partner ordered me a Turkish towel from here for Christmas and followed up on the order the week before Christmas as we never received it. Tracking was added to the order but it was an invalid tracking number. Have sent emails, messaged on socials and still not had a response and it’s been 2 weeks since trying to resolve this with them. So disappointed as I had been really excited for this Christmas gift. Horrific customer service.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I've been waiting to hear back for over 5 months regarding a return, which is shameful. The owner said she would credit me, but I've never heard from her again. I've reached out no less than 10 times with no response. HORRIBLE!

do not buy - they don't ship - no reply

they don't reply from long time , I pay order , they don't send shipping tracking , I try to contact many times but no reply , seems scams .
