Bespoke tile order
Needed some bespoke tiles for a restaurant that we were working on. Came across Otto tiles, and they had exactly the sort of thing that we were looking for, so placed the order. It took a little bit longer than we had hoped, as they were coming from Turkey. Once they arrived, a couple of the tiles were slightly damaged, however the excellent customer service staff offered us various solutions with no quibble at all. Will definitely be contacting them again, should we need that something, a little bit different.

Excellent service and beautiful tiles.
We have used cement tiles on couple of our restaurant refurbishment projects in central London produced by Otto Tiles. The quality of the products were outstanding. And we have received excellent technical support and customer service.
