Very happy customer
Only my 3rd night on my new Otty mattress and it’s oh so comfortable. This is praise indeed as I’m really fussy about mattresses. I let it plump up for 48hrs and then left it another 4 days to get rid of smell of the flame retardant.
The delivery was faultless. Overall I am very happy with my Otty experience.
My only concern is that it came with so much plastic wrapping.

Delivery van without the mattress???
Ordered mattress & added the collection of old mattress for £40.
I got confirmation & 2 emails last night with 2 del times (one is collection, one is delivery). The delivery company is DXdelivery not DPD as stated on the order.
The driver called to say 20mins away but we don’t have your mattress.
I spoke with OTTY customer care who really couldn’t customer care any less. Could not tell me when mattress would be delivered…(could be a few days or next week)
Took the payment quick enough.
I have asked for a full refund & am happy to pay someone else for a mattress, not that OTTY care anyway.

To explain what happened, DX experienced an issue with one of their delivery vehicles not reaching the correct hub. While rare, this can unfortunately happen within courier networks and meant your mattress wasn’t on the van as planned.
The good news is that we are already rebooking all affected deliveries for the next available day to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Easy to order but delivery cost it a…
Easy to order but delivery cost it a star! I received an email stating that DX would send me an email to book my delivery date - no such email arrived. Twenty minutes before the mattress I arrived I received an email from the local courier to say they were on their way - luckily, I work not far away, so was able to pop home to receive the mattress. Emailed OTTY who were very apologetic.
The mattress itself is great and very pleased with it.

The products are satisfactory but the delivery and delivery admin are a disaster. Left my mattress outside in the rain as with other 2 separate deliveries of pillows, saying handed to me which was completely untrue. Took up with the seller but waist of my time

too soft and unsupportive
I ordered the premium pure hybrid mattress which stated 'medium-firmness' and good for join support, I did not find this to be the case at all. I kept waking up in pain and in the sides of my lower back. I have never experienced this before and I'm usually fine with any mattress, I only decided to upgrade as I had my old cheap IKEA mattress for many years, but i travel a lot and can sleep anywhere pain free. The mattress is comfy when first laying on it but is too soft to support. I sleep in various positions throughout the night so it's hard to pinpoint a specific position that may have caused this. For ref I'm 5'2 female yoga teacher of medium build so this mattress in theory should have been fine. But I have never woken up in pain like this not only in the morning but in the night. I had the 100 night sleep trial so now have exchanged for the original hybrid which is an older and cheaper model that is supposed to be firmer, I have not tried this yet so cannot comment. In the meantime I took to sleeping on a fold out sofa which I found much less painful!

The Pure Plus Hybrid Bamboo & Charcoal mattress you originally selected is one of our softer-feel options, despite being rated as medium-firm. Comfort can be quite subjective, and for some sleepers — particularly those needing more support through the lower back — a firmer model like our Original Hybrid can often be a better fit.
It’s also worth noting that it can take around 30 nights for your body to properly adjust to a new mattress, especially when moving from an older or very different sleep surface.
We’re glad to hear you’ve taken advantage of the sleep trial to switch to the Original Hybrid, which should provide a firmer and more supportive feel. We hope this proves much more comfortable for you once you’ve had time to adjust.

Very poor experience from OTTY
Very poor experience from OTTY, which has been extremely disappointing as a returning customer.
We purchased an OTTY Pure Hybrid Bamboo & Charcoal mattress, having previously bought from them in 2018 with no issues. However, after a few months, both my wife and I began experiencing back pain, despite the mattress feeling fine initially — suggesting a clear issue with long-term support.
We contacted customer service in good faith, explaining that we were only slightly outside the 100-night trial, largely because we had been travelling for two months and hadn’t had a fair opportunity to properly assess the mattress. Despite this being a reasonable explanation, OTTY refused to offer any help whatsoever.
What was most frustrating was not just the refusal, but the attitude. Responses were dismissive and unhelpful, and even after escalating to a manager, the tone remained rude and lacking in any real customer care. There was no attempt to find a solution, offer advice, or provide even a basic goodwill gesture.
For a company that heavily promotes its sleep trial and customer satisfaction, this experience fell far below expectations. Loyalty clearly counts for nothing, and once they have your money, support appears to disappear.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend OTTY.

That said, we do need to clarify a key point for accuracy. Your 100-night trial ended on 2nd February, and your request was made 46 days after this date. This means it was not just “a few days” outside of the trial period, but significantly beyond the timeframe we offer.
Our 100-night sleep trial is applied consistently and fairly to all customers, and unfortunately we’re unable to make exceptions once this period has passed.
In terms of customer service, we take this feedback seriously. However, having reviewed the case, our team responded politely, professionally, and in line with company policy throughout. We appreciate that the outcome wasn’t what you were hoping for, but this is not a reflection of poor service — rather that we couldn’t approve a return outside of our clearly stated trial terms.

Just the best pillows and mattress ever
We bought an Otty Hybrid Mattress and 2 of the Deluxe Pure pillows over 6 years ago and they are all still going strong. Genuinely the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned, and I've always found decent pillows hard to find and the Deluxe ones are simply the most comfortable I've owned either. WIll definitely be buying another set when these are done!

All was good about this purchase and delivery
On the down side on the website where I ordered the bed and mattress I couldn’t find how to pay to have my old mattress removed and to lift the mattress and boxes up to my flat
In the end this did not matter as delivery guys did it anyway much appreciated DX
But I did have to pay to get rid of old mattress but they also took bed which is not covered by otty
Think you need to make this clearer on website

One week of sleeping on my new Otty…
One week of sleeping on my new Otty mattress, after letting it ‘acclimatise’ for 4 days. The European Double fits my bed perfectly, no more stuffing the end with bolster cushions or having the sides dig into my thighs when i sit on the edge! The mattress is heavy so making it gives me a regular workout, but it is worth it. No longer do i overheat or keep throwing the duvet off, no more struggling to turn over in the night, no more painful back. It may not have cured all my aches and pains ( not even the surgeons could do that!) but it has certainly made going to bed a much more enjoyable experience.
