Bought 7mm curved barbells from them.

One of the barbells was very obviously a straight barbell that had been bent to look curved

When contacted they refused to refund and then just stopped responding to correspondence. Thankfully I got my money back by disputing it via PayPal.

The people running this company are entitled and rude and extremely sensitive, saying dumb things like "I don't appreciate your tone" when challenging them over the quality of the bars

The cherry on top was they asked for me to return the barbells. This is incredibly unhygienic and a huge health and safety issue. As sellers of piercings, they should know better. They're idiots who don't know basic health and safety when it comes to piercing jewellery. I have a feeling if I sent the piercings back, they'd of tried to resell it to someone else, so I didn't take the risk. Requesting for a barbell to be returned is gross and unhygienic

Do not buy from them. They're incompetent and they're more a dropshipping site for piercing parts

Ouch in Truro is the best experience I've ever had. I have never had the opportunity to get a piercing but when I came in ,scared, Megan who had pierced me. Gave me comfort I will give 5 star review.thank you byeee.

They didn’t reply to one message, and took ages to reply to another one. They told me an item had gone out of stock and so cancelled the order, but when I checked on their website it was still in stock they’d just increased the price by more than double. Would’ve been better if they’d just been honest!

Had to email them to get an order confirmation email. Didn’t post out before Christmas. Emailed again for shipping update and instead of getting my order posted, they emailed back saying they are holding the order until they hear back from me again. I replied ASAP to say I’m emailing for an update and nothing in my email to imply I don’t want the order and I received a condescending reply. Very average products. Won’t order from here again.

Ouch is my go-to place for body jewellery, titanium is the only metal that doesn't cause a reaction - I have always received exactly what I've ordered, in good time, and in great quality. Never had any issues. I don't understand why the negative feedback! It's a shame.

unusable BCR and pretty certain not the size stated online but no sizing on the packaging. Would have been great but impossible fit unless I inflict damage to myself.
Can’t be returned so money down the drain.

Terrible customer service. Ended up with a threaded garnet end that didn’t fit any posts as described (different thread style or wrong size).
Have been emailing them since March for recommendations of a post that will fit the end I bought from them with no reply.

DON'T BUY FROM OUCH
They sent me the wrong sizing and as I opened the packaging, I can't return the items. Ordered again and same thing happened, wrong size sent.

I ordered and a few days later received an email explaining that an item was out of stock.
I didn't mind that, these things happen. I chose an alternative product.
However, they never did send the order to me. They have since ignored my emails and won't answer the phone.

Edited to add that the company contacted me a few days after this review went live and refunded the order, a month after the order was placed.

I have just bought 2 nipple pieces of jewellery. I am delighted 😊. Thank you.

Ordered a range of body jewelry on their site on 20th February 2022. Had an email to say its been processed & will ship soon. Great! Emailed them - 4 times since to ask wheremy order is - NOTHING!
Tried to call the shop numerous times over 2 weeks - NO ANSWER!
Today it's the 15th March 2022 & nothing again but they've taken my money.

No emails, no responses at all even though I've used their contact message service on their website a few times to no avail. No refund offered, just absolute nothing....

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AS YOU WILL BE SCAMMED! I've reported them to the Financial Authority Services too.

Absolute scammers, stay away, far, far, away. I’ve been waiting for my order for over a month. Ordered on the 10th of August it’s now the 12th of September and still haven’t received it. Emails received from Laura and the company are obnoxious at best and without any solution or resolution for the customer just excuses (a lot of them) apparently she’s been checking my tracking order every day, funny how I am waiting over a month without a refund being issued for what is a joke of customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere, I certainly will be after speaking to trading standards.

I ordered two industrial bars from here and they arrived pretty quickly in nice, secure packaging. The quality seems good (I got titanium) and ive had no fault yet with the new jewellery. I would recommend here if you need seem plain or simple piercing jewellery from the UK.

Bought a solid gold tongue bar
The balls were hollow and broke, cutting my tongue
Emailed Rung no reply
Might be OK for a quid bit of tat but certainly not for a £80 piece of jewellery
