security code is numbers and letters…

security code is numbers and letters only? Really. Took multiple attempts. I gave up. then tried one more time. How about you justt conform to what everyone else is doing. I had to invest an hours worth of time on your website---Ill never do it again. ever.

No way to return an item

I ordered a pair of lovely shoes for my granddaughter's wedding and was given a delivery date two weeks from date of order. When the delivery date arrived the item had still not shipped from China. I raised a ticket and they got back to me quickly with apologies BUT the shoes did not arrive in time for the wedding - they took six weeks to get to me. And now they will not give me an address to return the item but offer me just 50% refund and tell me to keep the shoes. I still have not received the refund. I am very disappointed.

Untrustworthy shop

Order delayed by over a month, tickets to customer service don't help at all. If you want to cancel your order, they will offer you half a price of refund.

Waited a long time (2+ weeks) for…

Waited a long time (2+ weeks) for delivery, described online as 4-6 business days. Ordered 23/02, delivery 12/03. That’s 17 days!! and items were ‘massive! - I ordered small, but these shirts would comfortably fit M-L. Overall, not as described and V. Disappointing.
