Zéro zéro zéro.... the items I purchased were rubbish. Do not get conned into buying from this company. I am trying to claim a full refund through my bank but who knows how it will pan out. I am £150 out of pocket, for shoddy, useless items. Keep well clear.

Untrustworthy
Very poor quality goods. Charged extra for unwanted ‘3 year warranty’ which it refused to refund. Returned goods on receipt to China, following their strict instructions, and am reclaiming postal cost from PayPal. I’ll see what happens!

I did receive my items but they were shoddy ,already used and didn’t work !!
I have been trying unsuccessfully for many months for a refund- sending numerous e-mails providing all their requests ( for videos etc) and each time they find another reason not to pay refund !!
I even sent back the faulty item - which had to be sent to China !!
More money and another con - they still will not refund my money.
Please ,please ,please don’t use this company . I wish l had read the previous comments on Trustpilot .

Would never trust this company ever
Would never trust this company ever. Do not purchase any goods. As they never have any contact number. And customer service, is probably the worst on the planet. So don't buy anything from this company ever. It's a shame Trust pilot don't have a No Star rating. So my rating would be No stars. We should certainly let the office of fair trading look into this company, if that's the word for them.

very BAD, don't buy from this company , they are in China and to send back foot pedicure machine costs £10, didn't remotely do what it said on facebook advert , had to open PAYPAL dispute to try and get refund

It is a fake company, I think so even after plenty of emails the company cant able to deliver the product or even didn't give proper response their ticketing site always send some apology letter for delay in delivery
