We rented only for 6 months from this company “Our Space “, they disappeared us , we are still waiting 3 months to receive our deposit back . No one answered on emails and promised on the phone , but never happened.We are not recommended the services . Every one has to be careful if applied, to rent !
Very accommodating to client’s needs and open to negotiations. They also create bespoke offices so can add or remove anything needed for your office space. Very affordable offices for Central London. Highly Recommend.

It started well then drastically went downhill.
The offices appear to be nice but the building services and maintenance is non existent.
As a business in 2023, you need internet. They advertise "high speed internet"- there is NO INTERNET installed in the first place. They just expect your business to deal with it.
They advertise a "receptionist". Guess what? NO RECEPTIONIST.
They advertise a "roof top bar". Guess what? There is NO ROOF TOP BAR.
They advertise free coffee. That's if you can get past not having any clean running water.
It should also be noted that they do not respond to emails promptly- only if they need something.
Stay well away from Our Space, also known as Brunel Estates Management.
