My ring stopped syncing and after trying all troubleshooting advice online I contacted via the chat option. Within minutes they had logged into my ring and advised there was a fault and they would send me a new ring. I have had my ring for over 2 years so to have this offer of immediate replacement was so appreciated as they are very expensive as I am in Australia and I couldnt have afforded to replace. I absolutely will continue to recommend to friends and family even more than I already do!
Oura has not only a great product
Oura has not only a great product, but their customer service is top notch as well. I have lost over 100# and my current ring no longer fits. I contacted customer service as I had paid for a full year of data tracking and was wondering if I could get a refund. I have lost my job and really couldn't affor a new ring right now. They got back to me and offered me an unbeatable deal on a new ring or a full refund of my payment. Even though I am unemployed I couldn't say no to the offer. I loved my Oura Ring and the data it gave me so I am super excited to be able to continue.

Contacting Oura is not easy
It took a lot of emails to resolve my issue with my Oura ring. Otherwise my rating would have been 5 star. I should have contacted the company before following instructions on google. Deleting my app (as instructed) caused most of the problem because my email couldn’t be located. A tip is to buy direct from Oura and not a retailer (like Target!) I have owned my Oura for a little over a year. I will say all of the reps I corresponded with were exceptionally nice and professional. I’m surprised though that it’s not possible to speak to a rep over the phone. At any rate I’m supposed to be receiving a replacement ring so we shall see.

I made a return for my order, oura refuse to issue of redund because someone decided that serial numbers dosen't match with original order (its the same devices). I don't recommend it, it's not worth risking your money

Drew was an understanding and helpful Oura representative. He answered my questions, saw and quickly resolved my problem. This is a very good company to deal with. They stand behind their product and seem to really want to help their customers.
Product has literally changed my life
Product has literally changed my life - while I was able to change my fitness pattern, Oura helped me understand my sleep pattern and post workout recovery. Knowing how / when to sleep helped me workout harder.
Only negative I'd say is lack of integration with my calorie counter, Macrofactor - but I believe that is on Macrofactor side, as they don't offer open APIs.

Tay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was responsive, professional, and genuinely concerned about my safety when I reported the heating issue with my ring. She kept my ticket open, communicated clearly at every step, and even added complimentary membership months as a goodwill gesture. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Oura is lucky to have her on the team.
