I recently sent my Aqualisa digital black shower unit to OurBathroom for repair, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The unit was posted out on Monday and received back by Thursday — an impressively fast turnaround. Once installed, the shower is now working better than ever.
They replaced the PCB and power supply, refreshed all the o-rings, and ensured everything was sealed and functioning flawlessly. Throughout the process, communication was excellent — they kept me updated at every step, asked for approvals before using extra parts, and clearly explained what they were doing.

Really pleased with the Service from Our Bathrooms and the communication from Maya in helping sort out any issues. Our Aqualisa shower decided to once again pack up and stop working on a Thursday morning, after a quick call with Our bathrooms I confirmed the service I needed on their website and the Loan unit arrived promptly the next morning!

Their installation video also made it a breeze to remove the old unit and get the loan one fitted, took less than 10 mins!

I can't thank them enough for their speed and efficiency in making sure we didn't have an uncomfortable weekend without a shower!

Recently moved house and found we had a dripping shower head on an Aqualisa system that's nearly 20 years old. Found this website and sent the unit off for repair. Received the repaired unit back very quickly and having refitted it recently it works perfect and there is no dripping shower head. Very pleased with the service.

Our aqualisa shower started to leak after 10 years service. Replacements from aqualisa was over £500. Found our bathroom on the web who would repair it. £150 with a guarantee. Very prompt service, posted Tuesday returned Friday. Hopefully will not have to use for another few years

Excellent service. I needed my Aqualisa shower converted to high pressure after we had a combi boiler fitted. It cost me about £100 here compared with a quote of £800+ for a new shower system or a couple of hundred for a processor only. Turnaround was fast and customer service was excellent.
