The team/store is very accommodating but unfortunately it cost me a lot since it was overseas that's the reason I cancelled my membership. But then again thank you.

My bank alerted me to Ourdecorcomfy/Lordvy

My bank's fraud dept. alerted me to this company, also trading as Lordvy, based in Cyprus. The bank asked me to look in my spam folder and there it was, a subscription with a joining fee of £6.99 which I never asked for and a gift voucher. Surely there's some way of outlawing this kind of suspicious online trading or at least from fabricating subscriptions not asked for. My bank asked me to first contact the company asking for a refund. The company said 'no' so my bank's fraud department will now take over to retrieve the money. The company did cancel my 'subscription' and deleted me (allegedly) from their newsletter recipients database. If there was a minus 5-star option they would be awarded it.
