Really great service
Really great service! I bought a chair online and they delivered it a couple of days later. I had it sitting in a box for a month or more as my office space was not ready. I was then putting the chair together and unfortunately broke a part on it. I contacted customer service to help get a replacement spare part and Steven was quick to reply and assist me. Not only am I getting the replacement part right away, I am also getting it free of charge.
Again really great service!

Rather poor quality chair
Firstly I had to wait quite long for this chair. The delivery date was changed three times. When it arrived there was no assembly manual.
The quality of the chair itself is questionable: the paint started coming off the base the moment I assembled it; the cushions were unevenly attached to the wooden base; the wooden base is made of poor quality plywood (layers are badly glued together, as visible when you look at the cross section of it). The edges of the cushions are made of faux leather, not a real one, as advertised. When sitting on the chair, it makes rattling metallic noise coming from the base. All in all, it seems like a poor knock-off of the original. Sadly, you can see where they cut corners to make it cheaper.

From reading your review I can't Imagine that you have received a correct model, it looks like you have a model which has some manufacturing defects.
Our chairs that are indicated that they are made of leather are 100% genuine leather, we can provide all certificates if needed. Upon ordering and shipping the goods we are obligated to define the materials otherwise you can get a big fine if you indicate this wrongly.
The most important part here is that we resolve your problem, I have checked with our customer service but I can't seem to find any record of you contacting us with above problems, I will have a collegae of my contact you today to deliver a whole new chair to you so that you have an outstanding lounge chair at home like the rest of our customers who are satisfied with the product.

sofa partial delivery
The sofa is good quality and delivery times are respected so no problem there. Too bad my delivery came with one base missing. After phone call it was delivered after 48h but the base came without the screws.... luckily I had similar screws at home. Pity, otherwise a decent 4 stars.
