First took over 12 weeks to arrive, dust bin for hoover stick vacuum. Then broke within weeks. On contacting them with pictures, first they hung up the phone. Then they said send the part you ordered an incompatible part. No it wasn't I checked that, first stike, then they wanted me to send it back, No, that is my evidence, strike two. Said after a bit of haggling and telling them I would go through paypal for a refund they agreed to one. We will see what happens. Now they are still sending a label for me to pay Royal Mail postage. STRIKE 3, it will not be returned at my expense with the broken hinge it is useless anyway. I have found a replacement and again it states compatible with my machine. Stand your ground with these people, tell them you will go through Credit Cards or Paypal. They will try every excuse. Only reason for two stars is they have promised a refund. We shall see. Told them I would be putting up my complaint on Trustpilot.

Part did not fit, website does not give phone number, trying to process a return but site asks for invoice number when all I have ever been given is an order number which it will not accept to process the return and have pleasure of high cost phone line listening to recorded message for 5 mins before I can even try to get to a person

OurHouse is a web platform and a mobile app designed specifically for Greek fraternity chapter management. The frat's officer has access to an admin panel to set up all the features that are right for the fraternity. The app makes it easy for all members to collaborate about all things related to their fraternity, such as event scheduling and private communication between members. I think it has made frat life a better experience (though I loved being in a frat even before we used the app!).
