No refund for store credit

No refund for store credit
I am trying to get a refund but the costumer service keeps referring me a to the terms and conditions page, which is a 404. Then they offer to write out the terms and conditions for a refund, which are different from the ones on the website. Don't be fooled by this company. It is the same company as gosportstyle.com and youthdressup.com and it reeks of fraud.
