It was very easy to communicate with Aman. The steps toward the completion of my pendant were delayed because I wanted slight changes made. A CAD was presented for approval and I received my pendant when expected. It turned out great!

Email queries have always been followed up and communication is clear. Shipping was fast. Only thing is one of the push back stud was hard to take off from the earring, but later on I figure it out it was easier to take it of by twisting it while removing it.

Package delayed beyond belief almost 3 months for two orders

My wife chose a ring that she thought was beautiful. She loved the design, and so i got it for her.

The company had incredible communication throughout the entire process. The sent me videos of the gem and of the ring as they were making it. This made me feel really comfortable and confident that i was going to get a quality product.

There were unfortunately shipping issues which delayed when we would receive it, but again, they made the situation much more bearable by constantly communicating and made sure we eventually received it.

Absolutely brilliant customer interaction. I was kept abreast of the whole processes from the CAD renderings to the stone selection video and then video of the finished item. Excellent tracking too, so you can see where your item is from door to door.
