Ouros was super responsive and very fast. From placing the order to receiving a customized piece was exactly a month. They engraved the ring beautifully for free, and the craftsmanship and quality exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely buy through them again and will recommend them to my friends!

For this ring I wanted something custom. I worked with the team at Ouros and we worked on a custom design, custom cut and colored gemstones. The ring I received is sparkly, sturdy, and beautiful as promised.

My point of contact emailed me day and night with every update along the way from initial consult, CAD, gemstone selection, filing, casting, preview, and each shipment stage.

This process was very, very easy. From consult to receiving the ring, only took one month.

I will return and I’ll always suggest this team of craftsmen.

Please do not buy from them! My ring was painful to wear and I took it to a professional jeweler and was told because of the way the ring was made it was not modifiable. The company refused a return even within only three weeks of delivery and no usage of the item. They are a complete scam and waste of money, be aware before buying.
