Paul W called 40 min before coming around to let me know he was one his way. He was polite, friendly and appropriate. During the install there was a problem that had occurred with my tap. He suggested straight away, that he could replace it and rectify the issue and he did in stride. I really appreciate the time and effort he made for this and I absolutely recommend.

Always had such great customer service from OurTaap and today was no exception. Called service phone number, answered straight away, lovely lady on phone who gave me a date when an engineer would come out and fix/replace machine. Engineer turned up, when he said he would, with a smile on his face and lovely and chatty. Liam you are an asset to OurTaap… and now I can adjust water volume in cups haha thank you xx
