This must be a scam. I ordered the Fort for my children at the start of November. A few weeks later I got an email to say it had been dispatched but I wasn't able to track it in anyway. It never arrived. I emailed support and received an email saying my package had been returned and they would send another out on Monday to arrive on Wednesday. It also didn't arrive. I emailed again and they responded that they would look into it. I havent heard from them since. I have emailed repeatedly asking for the product or a refund but have heard nothing. I just want my money back at this stage, as I had to buy from another company for Christmas. I obviously would not recommend buying from this company!

I didn’t receive my parcel in time for Christmas. A lady called Mia responded by email on three occasions assuring me my parcel was on the way. Do not order from this company. I think it is a scam. They are taking money and not delivering anything. Thankfully the product I ordered was €45 euro. It could have been a lot worse.

I ordered a product from this seller and received a text saying it has been shipped but it has not yet been delivered. The tracking reference number doesn't work and I haven't received any reply to an email requesting an update. The website appears to now have been taken down so I suspect I won't be receiving anything. Good job my credit card has payment protection.

It's really a great product for children. It helps them to develop intelligence. My children were very happy it was a great experience. I strongly recommend it

Ordered an item that arrived well after estimated delivery date. The item was terrible quality (Den building set) and it was returned within a few days. I have now waited over a month for a refund. I found I received better communication via Facebook messenger as apposed to emails… but even on there, the replies have stated I will be receiving my refund ‘immediately’ for the past week. I have never dealt with a company as bad as this before. I never write reviews, but feel like I need to warn people of this company.

a great store. I have a toddler at home and he is not fond of playing, but in the small amount of time that he is not bothering me or my spouse he is actively playing with the toys I bought from this shop. they are quality built and safe for children. the delivery time is quick and we never had problems with the products in order to have to take them back or something like that

I am really disappointed with this product. The plastic is too flimsy to build a den from and as soon as you put fabric over it, it collapses. Total waste of money :(

The advert makes this product seem about 3 times bigger and sturdier than it actually is . I bought the set with more pieces but it’s still tiny and extremely flimsy .

I just received the fort building kit yesterday and my little ones couldn't be happier. To be honest it's a lot sturdier than I thought and we were able to build a cool rocket together. it looks super fun, and I'm sure my kids are going to be entertained for hours!

Still waiting for my order 4 weeks later.

Had a little issue with the tracking number but they were able to solve it fairly quickly. It actually arrived sooner than expected. Can't wait to show it to my nephews.
