I order all of my tracking stuff from outdoor dog supply, and I never have any issues with getting the things that I order, most of the time the order comes in before the estimated delivery date, and the tech support is amazing

Satisfied with order just waiting to hear back on a return

Order delivered on time and happy with collars although I’m waiting to hear back on a return for one of the three collars I received. I need help to ship back the collar that isn’t working, I’ve only had it for less than a month. Could I please have someone contact me as soon as possible!

Avoid FedEx

Outdoor dog supply it a great company and always provides quick shipping.
FedEx on the other hand is horrible!! My order was not delivered to my house, this is a regular occurrence with FedEx.

I have been buying collars and leashes for years

I have been buying collars and leashes for years but my last purchase was very disappointing. I purchased four leashes and the quality was terrible. Snaps were poor quality and did not operate properly. The plastic leash part is of a lower quality also. I will not be purchasing any of their products again.
