Your company emailed and called to be sure I was aware that the sling I ordered would only fit Woodard Brand furniture and I wasn’t sure it was Woodard. I asked for refund and it was issued within an hour. They could have sent sling and let it be my loss but they didn’t do that! I’m very impressed with their honesty!

Website was easy to use and pictures detailed everything nicely! Product descriptions and sizing was easy to follow. Check out the videos detailing how the products are built; it really helps you appreciate that it’s built in the USA!

We just received the white cedar glider just before noon today. The 2 boxes had everything we need to put it together and all was in perfect condition. We’ve decided to stain/waterproof everything before we put it together since it’ll be easier on our backs to do a thorough job. We look forward to getting a lot of use out of this for years to come. We’ll add a picture once all is completed.
