This company doesn't respond to ANY communication, it has been 3 to 4 weeks since I placed my order and zero response on when it will ship. The worst customer service that I have seen in many years. May they go out of business!

*STAY AWAY*
I purchased a backpack on 1/31/24 and have as of 2/18/24, have yet to receive it or receive a return email requesting for an update. They have a Facebook and Instagram page, though the last posts were from last year. I have reached out over messenger on those platforms and have not hear back. Additionally, I found someone else’s comment on their Facebook page about purchasing the same thing I did but also never receiving it.
The setup on their “website” when you checkout seems legit and you will receive an order number, but the status remains as “processing” and you never actually receive a tracking number.
Hopefully I am proven wrong and it magically shows up one day, but I doubt it will. Even if it does, my 1-star rating will remain the same as the “customer-service” is non existent.
