I ordered a camping kitchen and flask from Outdoor Value it came to over £50 which meant I got free next day delivery. I ordered the items on Sunday 21st of June 2026 on Monday I received a email saying they’re been shipped on Tuesday I received a message from everi saying my shipment was out for delivery and would be delivered between 12.30 and 3.30. I received an email at approximately 4 pm saying the parcel was too big for the delivery van and alternative delivery would have to be arranged. The pack size which fits into the provided bag is 78cm x 49 cm x 15 cm. I contacted Outdoor Value they said I had to give it 7 days, not good when I wanted it for the coming weekend camping. After 2 more days of hearing nothing I emailed Outdoor Value saying I wanted to cancel the order, I was told I couldn’t because it had already been dispatched. I googled about my rights the answer was I’m allowed to cancel because they have broken the contract. I sent the information to them they said I need to leave it 7 days then they can make further enquiries they certainly don’t value there customers.

Selection was easy, good value, quality seems good, easy to operate, speed of delivery was excellent. Thank you.

I am really impressed with my first experience of Outdoor Value. Items were dispatched and delivered quickly and were exactly as described, and great value for money.

About 7 weeks ago, I ordered the:

-“Woodside Keswick Wooden Trellis Garden Arch”
-“Woodside Steel Garden Arch/Trellis Plant Support Ground Spikes - 4 PACK“
-“Fishing Chest Waders With Belt Sizes 6 - 12 Nylon Waterproof Fly Coarse Fishing”

Firstly, the trellis arch and ground spikes are great and match up perfectly. The criss-cross sides to the trellis are a little flimsy and came apart in a few places as I built it, but was easily fixed with wood glue to pop them back together again. And for the value of the arch, very excusable. Just don’t be too heavy handed when assembling. Looks beautiful now in place and is great for my clematis to grow around.

I also cannot recommend the waders enough! The size I got fits me perfectly and they are well made, sturdy and, of course, waterproof! No leaks! Adjustable straps and easy to use.

The delivered item was missing one part but this was quickly rectified by prompt exchanges of emails.

While the ground is too hard for me to get the two shepherd's hook style bird feeding poles assembled and erected, they both arrived promptly and each set of parts was well-packaged. They look to be of sturdy construction and should be perfect for hanging fly traps about my field to help protect our pet sheep from.flies.
