Item arrived and was put together as per instructions. 2 days later after filling with soil and plants thst bottom panel fell out causing everything to fall out and be damaged. Nobody wants to reply to emails so this was a very bad service.

Very poor customer service.
Paid for next day delivery. Didn’t arrive next day. Emailed the company 3 times over the course of a week or so and no reply to date. No phone number to call. Very poor customer service!

Product as described Royal Mail excellent delivery
Product as described and corrected the loose seat. Delivered next day. Royal Mail used for the delivery which is still the best option and the use of Royal Mail alone would certainly make me order from here again.

Very fast delivery on a large product
Very fast delivery on a large product. We bought the galvanised steel potting table and it’s very sturdy. A bit fiddly to assemble but well worth it.

Terrible service
I ordered the Andes folding picnic table and paid for quicker delivery, it didn’t come at all let alone before the trip I went on. I emailed their customer service and still not had any reply. The item is still not delivered with no update from the courier.
