Ordered first box
Ordered first box, haven't received it but already in day 4 of checkout process where I need to choose what to return. I guess in 3 days they assume I keep it all... which is not...and then what? They don't respond on tickets via the contact form and on my e-mail they respond with generic reply not dealing with my question to stop this countdown and give me a chance to see and decide what to keep. This is already a very frustrating situation.
I had a very concerning experience with Outfittery / Lookiero.
An order worth £769.50 was created and sent to me without my knowledge or authorization. I had not accessed my account recently, did not place any order, and did not approve any styling box or automatic shipment.
Despite this, I received a parcel out of nowhere, followed by repeated emails claiming that I had “kept the entire box” and demanding payment. This is completely untrue — the parcel remains unopened and unused.
What is even more alarming is that they attempted to charge my card for this amount. Thankfully, no money was taken, but this raises serious concerns about account security and how orders can be generated without proper consent.
I have contacted them to dispute the charge, requested cancellation, and asked for return instructions, yet I continue to receive payment reminders. This kind of pressure for payment on an unauthorized order is unacceptable.
Customers should be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, there appear to be serious issues with account security, billing practices, and customer support responsiveness.
I strongly recommend reviewing your account settings, removing saved payment methods, and avoiding any automatic ordering features.
Very disappointing and stressful experience.
Terrible customer service
Beautiful products, but terrible customer service as soon as something deviates from the standard. Due to an error, a total amount of more than €500 was charged instead of the €100 worth of items I purchased. I have received no response to my numerous messages for two months. They have basically stolen €400 from me. You can’t call or email them. The only option is to fill out a web form that gets no reply. I would not recommend them.
dose anyone ever respond to messages
dose anyone ever respond to messages ! I’ve messaged countless of times and not reply at all including Facebook messages and no one responds the box hasn’t arrived stuck in the system and you’re trying to charge me!, if you attempt any further payment it will be reported as fraud

They send unsolicited goods, don't respond to return requests, then demand money
I closed my account, but a bit over a month later I received a package from Outfittery. No return label, no payment request, no order information.
I reached out via email, trying to return it. I got no response as to how to do that.
Today I received a "reminder" to pay 1263.52 € which I will of course dispute.
Beware of Outfittery.

Warning: Poor Service Quality and Unexpected Collection Fees
My Experience with Outfittery
The Beginning:
I was a loyal customer of Outfittery for several years, using their quarterly subscription service to avoid the hassle of shopping for clothes myself. Initially, the service worked well with automatic credit card payments.
The Decline in Quality:
Over time, I noticed a significant decline in the service. The brand selection became extremely limited—sometimes only 2-3 brands in total—and the quality of these brands was questionable at best. The versatility I had originally signed up for had completely disappeared. This led me to cancel my quarterly subscription.
The Return:
After canceling, Outfittery aggressively marketed to me through promotional emails and phone calls, trying to win me back as a customer. Eventually, I decided to give them another chance.
Where Things Went Seriously Wrong:
This is where my experience turned from disappointing to alarming. Without any clear notification, Outfittery had changed my payment method from automatic billing (which had always been the case) to manual payment. This resulted in an outstanding balance on my account that I was completely unaware of.
While they claim to have sent email reminders, these ended up in my promotions/spam folder. Rather than attempting to contact me by phone or sending a letter by post—despite having previously called me multiple times for marketing purposes—they went straight to a debt collection agency.
The Financial Impact:
The result? Over €150 in collection fees added to my bill on top of the original balance.
Customer Service Response:
When I reached out to explain the situation and find a reasonable resolution, customer service was unhelpful and inflexible. Their response was essentially: "Pay the full amount including collection fees, or we'll take you to court." No attempt to understand the situation or find a fair solution.
My Concerns:
- Payment method changed from automatic to manual without proper notification
- No proactive contact (phone/mail) despite outstanding balance
- Aggressive debt collection practices
- Excessive collection fees
- Dismissive customer service with no willingness to resolve issues fairly
Final Thoughts:
I'm not the only customer who has experienced Customer Service issues—check other reviews online. What troubles me most is that a company that actively called me for marketing purposes couldn't be bothered to call about an actual payment issue before involving debt collectors.
My advice: Be very careful if you decide to use this service. Read all terms carefully, monitor your account regularly, and be aware that payment methods may change without clear notice. Check reviews thoroughly before signing up.

I’ve just seen a payment attempt on my account for £689 for an order 5 months ago that I didn’t receive because they sent weeks late while I was on holiday and it had therefore sat in the post office and was returned. Not only have they taken this payment in error, they didn’t even notify me they were going to attempt it. This can’t be legal and going by other reviews this company has major problems with taking peoples money erroneously, I am going to take this as far as I can go, utterly unacceptable

Shady, scam!
After just browsing i get a notification that the box will be shipped. I contact CS to cancel it. They say the box is on its way but they see a return in process. I receive the box and send it back. GUES WHAT? I get a bill for an item i did not keep.
What a Scam!

Awful customer service
I received a box I never requested, it contained items that were not my size and that didn't match the delivery bill. It took them 2 weeks to reply to my emails. They disconnected the phone. I returned the items and 2 weeks after them receiving them, I still get reminders that my payment is overdue.

I should be able to cancel online
I should be able to cancel online. I cancelled by mail, after 7d no reply. I get an email they're about to ship it now. I call them within business hours, I get a voice memo saying they're unavailable on phone.
Absolutely the worst experience I had with online shopping, they are the worst.

Utter disappointment
Ordered a box on April 18th, didn't hear back until June 11th, got a box proposal without one of the two things I asked for. At this point I've already bought what I needed elsewhere. I'm fed up and all to cancel the box in multiple emails, one of which is confirmed. I still get a box, causing unnecessary shipping and frustration. All in all, a huge disappointment. Please remove all my data from your customer database and don't send me any more boxes
Awful experience
My details were used from my Stitchfix account without my permission. They sent clothes I never asked for, so I refused delivery. They now claim I kept an item of clothing from the box I never took delivery of. You can't get a sensible response from them. Avoid at all costs!

I had over £500 taken from my account for a box I’ve returned nearly a month ago. They have said today they are sending another I didn’t request! Please refund my money immediately and don’t send another I don’t need the stress of managing your organisation.
If I could provide zero stars I would
If I could provide zero stars I would. Outfittery bought a UK Company called Stithcfix and has reactivated old accounts using personal data it bought in the sale. In my case my account was unsubscribed for a year and I had no intention of using either service. They have automatically renewed my subscription and provide no way of allowing me to delete, unsubscribe or cancel because they have provided no account details. The first communication I have had is to say "my box is on its way and my autopilot is set up". I have not given them permission to do this, I have called and sent several emails to no response. I cannot understand how a reputable business can operate in this way and would advise all to steer clear.
Utterly Awful!
Extraordinarily difficult ap to use - doesn't show details of previous orders and hard to manage new ones. (sems to create multiple orders without being obvious about it. Also, debited £600 for a £90 pair of trousers. Can't get hold of customer services - no reply to emails. Poor replacement for Stitch Fix.
Great concept, poor execution/service
I like some of the pieces they have sent and the ease to return not fitting/likeable items. However, communication is very poorly and I did not get replies to my e-mails or phone calls (they were never reachable due to trainings or being busy). Too bad because I like the concept, but the service was just horrible.
Bad sizes, don't bother if 16+
Stitch fix closed so they transferred my account. Don't do over a size 16, which is pretty poor sowint be ordering. Also filling out the profile was nowhere near as good as stitch fix.
Scammed
I was just looking around on their website and before I knew it I received an email in which I ordered clothes for more than a thousand euros. I tried to get in contact with them but this seems impossible. I would highly advise you to never order anything from this company.
