Rang to speak to someone for help with moving house and having to switch suppliers due to having a pre payment meter in new address which we didn't want and got through to an amazing customer advisor called Abby. Couldn't have been more helpful, got someone with more experience in my situation to join the call and just made my day a little less stressful than it has been.
