Delivery was about 2-3 weeks but it did say this at checkout so can't complain! Was sceptical after seeing reviews but would recommend

Bought two pairs of trainers and kept one pair and TRYING to return the second pair ....they have me asking with UPS ... who are a totally inept company and asics are not responding to phone calls to their customer line or returning my emails.... Avoid like the plague!!

Never again. Two orders, first took just over 2 weeks to come and the second a full 3. Both unsuitable but can’t send them back as the system won’t let me make postage labels and keeps saying there is a problem. Phone lines out of order and they haven’t responded to my email!

Asics, if you see this, I have over £100 worth of shoes that I want to send back but can’t due to your system error and non existent customer service!

I was disappointed that it wasn't advised until after ordering the trainers that there would be a 10-15 day wait for delivery. Then afterc2 weeks began to panic when there was no dispatch email which led me to checking out the reviews and becoming aware of all the negative comments. Definitely thought something dodgy was going on. However after ordering on the 9th March my trainers arrived today and are just what I wanted at a fraction of the price anywhere else. So overall I am very pleased thank you.

Excellent service and no problems whatsoever. Just take on board longer delivery times due to Brexit/COVID as the goods come from their facility in Germany. 5 out of 5 for me.

Saw a lot of bad reviews BUT my Asics got to PORTUGAL in less than 2 weeks from ASICS OUTLET. Great service and tracking info by sms. Took a few days to get the first update on tracking though. Reviewed this March/2021

Hi, I reviewed this company after I placed my order for a pair of runners and got a fright when I seen all the bad write ups . My runners arrived within a week and were spot on. So you can't believe a lot of bad reviews 🤔

Unfortunately unable to give a zero score. Order took weeks to arrive and now unable to return due to online issue at their end (allegedly). No response to any communication.

Spent £108.00 on a pair of gel nimbus trainers. Ordered a size 6. When they arrived they for more like a size 4!!!not true to size at all, then upon trying to return I'm being told they are experiencing issues and I can not return the item at this time. By the time I finally can arrange a return I will have to wait 15 working days for them to receive them back and then another 5 for a refund!!! Furious would be an understatement. I needed these trainers for a charity event and now I'm not even looking to be able to return and refund them on time for the event let alone order another pair!

Ordered on the 1st March with free standard delivery and arrived today March 8th. Runners and clothes all perfect. Will def use this site again.

Long delays in returns. I’ve so far waited 10 days from posting only to see that the parcel has still not arrived at the destination. Delivery date keeps getting put back. I’ll probably have to wait ages for a refund at this rate!

Ordered from the UK. Only received a week late due to Brexit related issues. The trainers themselves (Gel Nimbus 21) exactly as described, fit as expected. I understand some people have had some shocking service, however my experience was a good one.

Placed my order late last Thursday, paid 7euro for express shipping and it was with me this morning (Monday). After seeing alot of negative reviews I was a bit worried but I'm glad I took the chance. My runners are fab, so comfy and the shipping was so quick!!! I will definitely be back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I returned a top as it was to small over a month and a half now and still stuck at customs no reply by email customer service number removed and ups impossible to contact says being returned to sender but only has ASICS address on the label I printed on the ASICS website returns. So not holding out to ever get a refund or the to back so annoying. What a mess I won't be buying ever again from ASICS after this ordeal!

Since ordering they have removed the telephone number from their website. I have emailed 3 times over a 7-8 week period, still have had no replies. Tried contacting on social media and the only responses I get is links to their website! I complained about the trainers I have received and was offered 20% off a new pair instead of my refund! I will never order from Asics again, do not waste your time or money!

ASICS have always been a good brand for me and so when a good price was offered for some trainers on their website, I jumped in and bought. I was a little concerned about all the negative reviews, however the process was fine for me. ASICS advised that the delivery was likely to be 10-15 working days due to BREXIT issues (understandable) but after a couple of days, the tracking site showed that they had been despatched. The estimate was 10 calendar days which changed to 11 mid way due to delays importing the trainers. However, they arrived on the 10th calendar day, well ahead of the estimated 10 working days.

Although not that speedy, ASICS have achieved their targets for me. I have had no need to contact them and so cannot comment on their customer service standards. I'm happy with the service.

Don't mind the negative reviews. Asics outlet is a 100% trustworthy site that sell genuine Asics products. I've bought from them about 4 or 5 times. They offer free returns if the item is too big or small. If there is delivery issues it's not their fault, it's to do with the pandemic and brexit. I personally have had no issues with deliveries from them and I live in Ireland. The shipments are coming via France and bypassing the UK on route to me.

I can’t actually review the product as I’m still waiting for it to arrive, 2 weeks after ordering. I understand there are delays at the moment but their customer service is non existent! I’ve sent several emails and tried calling a number from the website but just can’t get a reply from anyone. God knows when my trainers will arrive as I still don’t have an update from UPS. Definitely don’t buy from here if you want you item within a month. I didn’t know they were located in Germany when I bought my trainers or I would have thought twice about buying, knowing there are delays getting into the UK.
