Order canceled. Apparently items not in stock.Despite writing to them, the page is not updated.

Avoid at all cost

I ordered two pairs of shoes and received a baseball cap. I was then told it was an error but the shoes I paid for are now not available. The real issue is that they will not refund the full amount, 50% of two pairs of shoes while the baseball cap is worth $20. Absolute joke and I am still waiting for the refund. Shame that this sours the good Asic name. Avoid at all cost!!

BRILLIANT experience of trainers purchase

I never write on review sites, but after I’d ordered from ASICS outlet, I just thought I’d have a look at Trustpulot I was worried when I read the bad reviews and was regretting my decision.
However, the service was FANTASTIC and I was informed about delivery tracking several times and my trainers arrived a day ahead of what was actually stated! Couldn’t beat that. All round brilliant experience.
So, fear not. Make sure your on the legitimate site, a you will have similar experience , I expect.
Great trainers too, at a good price

Believe the negative reviews 😂 and buy them somewhere else

Terrible service really-
They got the address wrong even though I used the automatically saved address I have previously used.
I was waiting for a couple of weeks with no information 🤷🏽‍♂️ because they failed to tell me that the courier had returned the shoes to their warehouse and that they had resold the trainers to someone else but not informed me or refunded the money - I am not sure if that is even legal practice once they have sent them out- as no longer their goods to sell on.

The customer service expected me to reorder at a higher price and apply a discount code - with a very impersonal standard response email and then later ignored me and refunded the money. Total waste of my time - if like myself you needed the shoes in a hurry do not trust this supplier. If no big deal and not urgent then take your chances I guess as had previously no significant problem with them

Speedy delivery

I also hesitated about ordering from this site when I read some of the reviews. However I also trusted one of the reviews who said it was genuine.

It was unbelievably fast service, I ordered my shoes on Thursday night and they arrived on Saturday afternoon with Yodel. No problems and easy to track the driver's progress.

I can't comment on returns as I have always bought Asics and know my perfect fit.

Terrible delivery and service

It is the second time I order shoes from them, and it is the second time the delivery is a nightmare. The parcel does not get delivered when they say it will be, and no help from the courier company either. This will probably be the last time a order shoes from them.

Fast delivery, great trainers

I was a slightly worried after reading some of these reviews however had no need to be as the company was excellent. My order arrived within 3 days and I’m very happy with the trainers. Communication was also accurate and timely. Will definitely be using again and would recommend.

Asics shame...

Standard delivery time 3-5 working day. After 5 working day status - Delivery Picking completed. When I bought from Nike, I have shoes after max 2-3 day from NL. This package is from Poland to Poland. Nobody answer. Timeliness is a fiction, I advise against shopping in this store people wait weeks for the shipment.Better to buy in the store.

I have been waiting for my order for…

I have been waiting for my order for more than a week when it was supposed to be 3 days max. Just a bot as a customer service that denies you the right to cqncel the articles order.
To avoid at all cost.

Impossible to contact

After unsuccessfully contacting customer services, Marc hung up on me, about the delay in shipping my order I received a shipping confirmation email on 13th April 2023 with an estimated delivery date for the previous day, 12th April 2023. As of this morning my trainers are still with Asics waiting to collected by the courier company.
Unless Asics are now employing time travel in an effort to resolve their issues the company is truly broken. My advice is to avoid at all costs. When things go wrong they are impossible to contact and you should always judge a company on how it copes when things don’t go to plan as much as by the quality of the products it sells.

Pathetic customer service

7 days later and my order hasn't been shipped. The customer experience number can't accept calls, the chatbot doesn't recognise my order number and they haven't responded to several email requests. Pathetic customer service.

Non existent stock control

After sending me a completely different product in the wrong size, I reordered to find my order cancelled as the product was no longer in stock. 3 days later it’s still showing as available. I really like the products but totally unreliable store.

Poor all round/Made just for Outlet store?

Top collar show areas of being worn out after only 6 weeks wear at the most for 1hr up to 3 times a week. Beyond poorly made, I wear them just to walk not even for trail environments.
They took payment almost 3 weeks after giving details, on invoice they don't put any card detail, only credit card, so I assumed it was credit card. They out me into an overdraft into an account that I have never been in overdraft or have a overdraft which will result in a fee double then what I went into overdraft. The trainers are not good you can feel the rigid sole.
I didn't know about the poor reviews, if I had WOULD NEVER OF ORDERED.
The trainers fit smaller, not the same as in shop sizing.
Wait 2 weeks for item dispatch was quickly delivered after that. After 5 working days I contacted the via their website, I received an automatic response about delays. I also received another email about delays which I thought was spam, txt was weird, though it was phishing, probably from the factory, believe they are made to order and not old stock. Asked for a refund, 4 days after that item was dispatched. Quality of ASCIS for running is poorer than 5 years ago to be expected if made now price, reduced to £50 think this should be its normal price. I will buy elsewhere next time and look for older models which have better toe construction. Delivery was Yodel which only option was to go to the depot or be at home all day for delivery. 3 star as I asked for a refund and didn't receive it, also they didn't deliver on promise to dispatch within 3/4 workdays, never contacted me about delayed, sent weird emails after official email that made me think I had my details stolen from the website. As for official store there's only one website address to be found. I didn't find any difference for the links.

Zero quality workers

Unfortunately the lowest rate is one star which already too generous for these workers.
I regularly bought at least 4 pairs of shoes a year via online and from shops. Yes,I found a lot of problems with the team behind the phone and emails. Absolutely clueless when there is a probelem shows up. I cannot write it all because probably I would not get enough space here honestly,but the last one shows properly how they did just a zero quality of work.
After I got my two pairs of shoes on the same day probably 3hours later when I finally took out from the box I noticed one of them has a glitch on it. When I finished my work and my gym session (still same day when I got them) I sent an email with 3 photos to show them it is arrived with a problem I would like to change it, I cannot use it like that. Just in case the following morning I called them an also explained,one shoe from the two pairs has a glitch. The staff who answered the phone said ok,he will forward my request to change that pair or get a refund because they were unused,new shoes. Do you think they sent an email with the label to send it back as they must do with a new shoes with a factory problem? No,of course not. One of the well trained one staff asked me photos three different parts of the shoe - if not, they cannot open my case! I had no time to play with them so I sent an email immediately why he needs more photos from a new shoes specially three other parts of it ? He answered because this is the procedure with a used shoes. Used?? So,I sent an email back I will do zero photos because the shoes are new I did not even wear them so maximum that he can send is a return label.
But he kept saying the same, probably just copied the previous emails, however a bit of brain everyone could see when the shoes are arrived and when I sent my email (few hours different) and already told that time via phone and email too, the shoes are unused because I found that glitch immediately when I first took them away from the box. Do you think after this anything changed? He just went on this line to send photos because it is used.
After many emails from this well trained one I called the customer service but guess what happened. The following person said after I told this all nightmare that ongoing (over a week ) that time ,so he promised a call back which is NOT happened after. So I made a phone call again the following day to tell them it is getting too much now and I want to do an official complaint regarding they just ignored my rights as a customer. I told them I am going to work so I need to speak with someone before 13;00
of course nobody called me back after that day morning phone call,so I called them again because after they proved they promise is just worth nothing I called them again to tell I didn't get the call in the morning as he promised many hours ago, he promised again someone will call me before 13:00
I said ok. Guess what happened: yes, they DID NOT called me before 13:00. The Consumer Experience Hub Team leader called me from a Spanish number 13:33 when I answered the phone and asked him to call me back 15mins later because I cannot talk (I was working in the hospital so there not possible talk minutes) Do you think he did call me back? Yes, 27 days later, yes twenty seven days later! During this time I sent him an email to highlight I still waiting my call and two weeks later he came with a fake 'excuse' he tried to call me and asked me to confirm my number is the same ... ( I have not get a missed call either) During this time I sent emails to them and I got reference numbers with automated emails which said someone will contact with me. But just as before NOBODY DID.
I cannot remember after how may emails, calls and fake promises one day someone answered my phone and she said 'oh ok that was a mistake by my colleague who wrote it down incorrect way, and he put into the system you used them...' I asked how it is possible if I told the shoes are just arrived a few hours ago, I couldn't use because the glitch, and my email was there within a few hours after I signed at the the collection point. So, after two weeks I got a label to send it back. Either if he was writing down in a wrong way,I sent emails and I told it is unsused shoes and to find this true you just go to the system when was that delivered and when my email arrived to the system. I know you need a little bit of common sense for this after I was told and written down many-many times that. But with the ASICS customer service does NOT CARE that you told or written down. They don't care your rights as a customer, they don't care to keep their promises to call you back. And the main joke the Consumer Experience Hub Team leader who called me 27days after he said he will do it 15 minutes. When I told this is not 15mins he said 'oh it was Black Friday crazy time blabla' which caused 27days the call back. They lost a customer but this is UK customer service!

The customer service is useless

The customer service is useless. They keep giving excuses and not actually doing anything to help send your order out. It's not worth the time or hassle to order from them.

They don't deliver the Order!!!

I order shoes from Asics Outlet online and I didn't receive the order, the tracking number doesn't work and I can't talk to someone from customer service because they are always busy. The automatic message says that they will contact me via e-mail but I was never contacted!!!!

Make sure you go to the official store.

I have the impression that many reviewers actually ended up on scam websites, rather than the official one (outlet.asics.com).
I was a bit apprehensive reading the comments, but decided to give it a try anyway. I've checked the URL and the SSL certificate: all was in order.
It took only two days to get my shoes delivered. Tracking was legit (pointing to Yodel) and working.
My only advice to other people buying shoes is to make sure they land on the official site.
