They have my money hostage! I have no idea how to get it. Help

It is as if they jumped ship. Cannot get my money, it says pending for weeks, also could not get it out in February. Since March 9 they do not have Dischord open, Do not respond on their app, cannot comment or DM on any social media platform. They seem to have disappeared. With peoples money.

My sisters and I have been attempting to get our money out of Outlet Finance for well over a month. They are not responding to text, chat, email or phone. The withdrawals are still saying 'pending' and the account is saying $0 balance even though we have not received our funds. STAY AWAY from Outlet Finance! I Want to know how to start litigation as they are non-communicative with their frustrated customers as to where/when we will receive our funds. Did I say its been more than a MONTH for what should have been days to get our money. Still waiting.........

I been trying unsuccessfully for over 45 days to transfer funds from my Outlet account to my bank. Now, support can't even access my account. No one answers telephone or returns message.

Money has been pending for weeks! I’ve been very patient. Tried chat, phone call and email numerous times with not one response! Terrible, terrible terrible customer service

It’s been over three weeks and I still have not received my withdrawal. The customer support is horrible and does not respond to anyone!!! This company is a scam!

They will not return my money. Withdraw has been pending for 3 weeks.

After careful consideration of all facts related to crypto-based investing, I have concluded that Outlet Finance is by far the most transparent and helpful of the bunch. Their efforts to keep funds secure during turbulent times is inspiring, and I sense that they will come out better than before once this rough ride settles into a more positive and predictable rhythm.

Nice return on your deposit. Have had periods of 13% to 9% to now only 5%. The current rate is not a attractive in the past for a non FDIC account. Depositing money is very difficult as typically gets rejected by traditional banks. Not very easy to transfer money in and out.

Outlet has done an outstanding job of offering the best place to save. They are adding more features to their platform and are on top of informing their customers of coming changes. If your not on here yet, then your missing out!!!

Incredible customer support and customer service. My experience with Outlet's customer support has come by way interaction with Shannon. She is amazing. Has always been very responsive, patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. By far one the absolute best customer support individuals I have worked with. Her customer support adds further confidence in the Outlet service and product. Outlet is very fortunate to have her on their Customer Support team. Absolutely wonderful!

Opened an Outlet account in October of 2020 and did a weekly deposit plus other random deposits. Most of the time the interest rate was 9% and sometimes it was 6% and then there were two holidays where the interest rate was 25%. My account got up to a little more than $3000.
I had read some negative articles and bad reviews and got a little nervous so I decided to see how a withdrawal would go. Plus I needed the money for my mother’s care. Their site says withdrawals take 2 to 5 business days. I started the withdrawal on a Saturday and the money was in my account Wednesday morning. So just a little more than 2 business days!
Besides this positive withdrawal experience, customer service has always been excellent. No complaints. I have started my weekly deposits again.

Stay far away from this company. I have been trying to close my account for the third day now. No one returns chat messages or emails. You must have an appointment to speak to them by phone. Is this who you really want to place your money with???

So far so good! I look at my account as a long term account. I’ve put money in but have no intention of taking money out any time soon. This is how you will make your money grow. I 100% know you will love outlet if you are in long term.

There are gaping holes in the business model, money transfer process and just basic support. Most likely you will not be able to withdraw your money when you want it. It will take weeks, or even months to get your principal back, forget about any interest.

And, there is no support at all. Their chat is just a chat bot (aggressively annoying), emails go straight to black hole, and the 855 phone support is just a voicemail with no call back ever.

I am currently out $2000 in principal. Been asking Shannon for assistance for the last 3 days on the app and also sent email Jan 6, 2022 with no response from her or anyone at all. I think the 9% is great but not so great if they take your money. It just is not safe, don't get sucked in by the attractive interest rate. Not sure what is happening with them but does not look good. Learn from my mistake.
Update: my principal has been returned to my account. It would be great if Outlet showed a running balance ledger. Response time was slow due to covid according to Shannon and that does appear to be true with many businesses.

I love the 9% APY. It's really that simple. The outlet team is providing a easy way for us to save and help us build our Financials.
The customer service needs can be better. Need to be able to reach somebody over the phone instead of just messaging/email.
But overall, I am very pleased with what outlet has to offer.

I know people who have not been able to access their funds in 48 hours. It has been weeks for them. I am not sure what is going on with them, but if you had to withdraw money for emergencies, you are azzed out.

I have significant funds ($100,000+ at one time) invested with Outlet, starting in May 2020. They have been communicative, responsive, and fairly transparent. Most importantly, they have delivered the 6% (sometimes higher) rate promised and have made it straightforward to deposit and withdraw funds whenever you wish. Highly recommended.
