Up to now never a negative experience. Shipping can take a while but the goods ordered always arrive. I am a satisfied customer.

Products were great but way too long shipping time. Over 2 weeks delivery time.

Outletinn is a nice place if you want to go shopping.

As many times I have buy anything from that site, it was exactly what I had ordered and they had send it on time.

But as I live in Greece, they have to think again the courier they use. The ELTA is the worst service for sending anything to anywhere. Even for a pin or a letter, it needs centuries to be arrived at the destination. Please Outletinn change courier service provider. The ACS, the Geniki Tachidromiki or DHL are OK but not ELTA.

The goods came eventually but when I tried to interact with the customer service channels the service was very poor. I waited for 2 hours on a web chat and when I got to number 4 in the queue the service shut. I then phoned the next day. The agent was less than helpful and the did not take ownership or show empathy towards my situation. Its a bad state of affairs when the customer service don't provide service.

After many emails and efforts to communicate still i have no answer, i place an order 07/05/2020 (order number 17109423), i paid 386,46. My order return back to motard inn as the courier service inform me at 10/07/2020 (3SDOKC0370243). I try to get my money back but they send me
automated messages that they dont khow where the parcel is, its better to inform me that they cheat me than telling me such a lies. I try to find them on the phone but no one answers. i would like to tell me what to do? should i forget my money? i couldn't imagine to be such a victim and cheating so much from that company, especially in that dificult times, thanks a lot for all the anxiety you cause to me

I have been waiting for a refund for weeks now. I was charged £7.49 for the privilege of returning the item (way over the top) and am still waiting for the refund for the goods.
It is absolutely impossible to contact this company. There is no email address merely a series of FAQs of which none include 'where is my refund'. Do not use if you are not absolutely sure you will keep the goods.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! I don't recommend shopping here. I bought a pair of shoes from them which they never sent. They don't have a customer service, no phone to contact them, no one answers the messages in the online support place, you only get automated messages asking you to be patient, they give false tracking numbers.

I purchased some boxing equipment on the 2 of June, and I choose the fastest delivery possible from outletinn's website (it was the most expensive one as well but i thought that by paying some extra bucks i will get my goods quicker), which stated that the expected delivery will be between the 4 and 8 of June. On the 10 of June I receive a mail saying my order has been sent, and a day after another email, in which the company apologizes very politely for the delays and says that because of the pandemic, their partners are causing delays in deliveries. On the 16 of June I receive an email saying the logistics company (DPD) has taken over (6 days after i received an email that it was sent). On the 20 of June the package was in my town and i was thinking this hell will soon be over. Today, the 24 of June, I still HAVEN'T receive my purchase!! I feel cheated and furious!

Im first time user ofnthe Outlet Inn , we have choose this service based on review on Trustpilot and general market appaerance.

So I place my first order on 06.06 , not much worth€250 for few things to see if can relay on this service for future needs its 21.06 today and im still.waiting for dispatch of the goods, every time Im sending email they asking me to cancell order .
I asked myslef question why stuff Available online and being sold are not being send for delivery?Only answer I can come up with is that Outlet Inn is taking advantage of us and our credit ie probably this site and the management behind will email me in few weeks saying that goods are not available and cancell order with waiting time for refund for weeks /months based on trus pilot review re credit refund. At the same time they will earn interest from my monay hold.on their account , I thinks this is what thay doing
Very disappointed with Outletinn, I have contacted them by email number of times to be told please cancel you order with is only making me sure thos is credit interest scam
I'm sorry I have loose time and €250 on this service but I suppose I can only blame myself .

Takes too long for delivery of products. No stock available frequently. Good quality products. Reasonable prices

Pros: Great choice, best brands, great value for money.
Cons: delivery time (can be improved), return policy (delivery cost in charge of the buyer, which is not ideal).
Try to imporve on the Cons and you'll get 5 stars.

I have not yet received my order after 10 days for problems related to the availability of a product. I thank the Customer care who has always responded politely to each of my emails to update me in the various phases.

Really bad service, I I ordered a couple shirt in. I ordered a Kappa shirt in late December of 2019 and till this day March 10 2020 I still haven’t gotten anything they said that the order cannot be delivered to the address so they had to send it back to the sender and I still haven’t gotten a refund really really bad delivery and service. I would like to get my money back.

Update 2: After 4 months and hundreds emails and complains finally got my refunt

Worse return and reimbursement policy. I have sent back a purchase on December 14th, and nobody can tell me when I will get reimbursed. I have sent over 15 emails, there is no phone to get a proper response. So far I have paid for something and never got a reimbursement. It also does not look like they are in a position to tell me when they can reimburse the item. Never order anything from this company. Their reimbursement and return policy is a total lie!!!

I ordered 3 bags which were supposed to arrive a month ago and never came. Worst thing is that it's impossible to contact someone and get help. Beginning to think this site is a scam.
